I been tried to communicate at least 10 times with the contact number of this store and no one answers, I have a unit here and I need some information and no one is ever here in the store to assist me, I have come at least 5 times and there is never anyone in the office

I'm really not sure how this place got good reviews. From day one it was a horrible experience. I've been to alot of public storages and never had one like this. After 2 days of being there our unit was filled with ants , we could never get a hold of the manager. I had several people come up to us asking if anyone worked there and tell us they can never get a hold of her (during office hours). The door that goes to the inside units has been literally hanging on by the door stopper for weeks now . Everything I load something I feel it's going to fall. The last week we were moving and were literally 2 minutes getting out maybe 2 times and the last day we came to get our stuff our access had been locked. We were told by customer service it was because management couldn't reach us. That's hilarious. Noone called us or left a message or emailed us. We even paid early for the next month and we aren't even going to be there. Where does it say that if you are late leaving 2 or more times they lock your access . Best believe I was getting my stuff one way or another especially since we paid in advance. I will never go to a public storage again. Horrible

Told that get the same discount and price on a storage unit regardless of what one I took whether it be inside or outside unit that wasn't the case even received a phone call from a young lady yesterday stating that I would get the same rate on either unit didn't happen it's kind of disappointed but got my unit got my stuff in it everything's good hope for a better experience next time
