I recently had a great experience with Public Storage! Front desk staff, Sage, was so kind and super helpful in setting up my account, both in-store and online. Renting a storage unit was a breeze, and the pricing was really reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Fairly easy process. It took a little while to locate my rented unit because the numbering is wrong but the manager was cheerful when I needed assistance.

This is a very small facility which is good for moving because there’s not a ton of ppl and cars to work around. Moving in was fast which is helpful with this heat

RATS!!!!!We only had our household items in storage at this location for 3 months and the mice that infested our units caused thousands of dollars in damages. Rats chewed up refrigerator lines, leather furniture, clothing etc. The staff knew they have a problem and gave me the insurance information right on the spot. I went through the ridiculously lengthy process of filing a claim which ended up being denied because they don’t cover vermin! See photo. This is an ongoing issue at this facility but there were no traps inside the units and no warning. To make matters worse, there were live mice in the moving boxes that ended up in my new house and I now have to hire an exterminator. We lost furniture, clothing, and art purchased overseas that we can’t replace etc. I estimate around $5,500 in damages. The staff told me they were aware of the rat issue afterwards but absolutely no warning prior to moving in.

Throughout the entire experience, Sage went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my storage unit rental. She even gave me some great tips for organizing my belongings and maximizing the space in my unit.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sage and Public Storage. If you're in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend reaching out to Sage for help. She's a true professional who will make sure you're taken care of every step!

Security has been a problem. When asked to fix it, you get promises, then nothing. They block almost all attempts to investigate loss. Now the rents are escalating (20% plus) with little to no justification. After using this company for over 30 years, I believe it's time to consider other options. Aside from these issues, the people that work for them are generally kind and willing to help, but the front line team's hands are tied.

I want to thank Mark for his professionalism, kindness, and guidance. Is the day before Christmas and I needed a unit and he found and helped me set up the account. Sage is professional friendly respectful. Helped me download app. Assisted in setting up pay option. Walked me thru entering and exiting property. Has offered to assist my wife with app upon her first visit!

I had my RV stored at this site for approximately 4 mths without any issues. On Nov, 12, 2022, I found it had been broken into and the radio and bedroom TV stolen. The thieves broke the lock on the passenger door. I reported it to Sage in the front office who informed me there had been other disturbances of other RVs and I had been left messages on my cell phone on 9/24. I don't recall getting any phone calls from Public storage. Why didn't you send me a text message or leave a message on my account as you do every month reminding me the rental payment is due. I was told by Sage they think it was a PS renter because the property did not show signs of being broken into. Of course there are no cameras. But then you have the audacity to increase the rent to $200 dollars for what? You are not adding anything to the property. in the back where the RVs are stored you should at least add cameras, especially since you suspect the thief is a renter at PS. I filed a police report. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint of not being notified of a break in on my RV and requesting a refund for the remaining mth on Nov., as I have relocated my RV to a more secure storage location with cameras. RV owners beware there is a thief breaking into the RVs at this PS.
