Totally despicable location. Made a reservation. I made several calls and left messages. Nobody calls me to schedule an appointment. Usually they call you within 5 minutes after you make to complete a reservation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am baffled that a lawsuit has not been filed yet. First, I’ve visited here everyday for a full week and no one is ever here. The first day I came, a worker was inside but refused to come to the door. One can clearly see through the glass. They are still trying to charge after the move out date is executed. The phone never gets answered, why have a worker? This place is very unprofessional and needs new management. BEWARE. It‘s a scam!
Just cancel my account so I can move on!

No one is ever in office at open hours.
I have come by several times.
Have been calling and leaving messages for MONTHS now trying to figure out how to go about move out.
No one ever called me back.
It was always hot on the 3rd floor and a lot of my belongings were ruined and had to be thrown away.
The worst experience ever.

My husband and I needed a storage for our business and this locations is great and I got a deal online! SaNay made me feel comfortable about leaving our belongings here she helped me make a decision to stay here since her customer service was great and made me feel good about it.

Update: editing to show only 1 star. Would be less is available. The parking lot is trashed. Inside hallways litteted with trash.
It is obvious that management is no longer staffed in the office. Adding pictures from today's visit.
We have been at this location since it opened. There have been several change of ownership. Each time the upkeep declines. Now managers are no longer on-site but if you want yo speak directly to a person must book appointment. Frustrating!

There is no one ever in the office. My Storage unit has been broken into the cameras is not pointing nowhere near the storage units is p Pointing up to the sky. Customer service sucks. We threw away some things in their dumpster and they put a fee on my account because we are not allowed to use the dumpster, but we did not know until after we threw it away. Do not put your belongings here because they are not protected let’s not mention my stuff molded in the storage unit. and it seem like the gates, always broken.

They just increase the rent ever few months $10-$20 bucks. I wouldn’t rent here unless you’re okay with paying 160% the price they advertise after several months.
Edit: They seemed to have reduced my rates to the original prices after talking to them, so I’m going to change my review back to 4 stars.
