At first the registration walk process seemed unorganized. But then someone came up to the desk that knew what they were doing. From there everything went downhill. The nurses were very nice and professional. Was in and out in a reasonable time. When needed will go back.

I had an appt. I entered my info into machine to find I don't have an appt. I am diabetic. They never answer the phone.

I went online to make an appointment for Priority COVID testing as I am a healthcare professional. I did my test in the pharmacy drive thru and put the sample in the quest box all by myself on Tuesday 8/17/21 at 10am. I was told pick up was at 5 pm. The Quest website says "PRIORITY PATIENTS TYPICAL TURNAROUND Less than 1 day from sample pickup". So here it is FRIDAY 8/20/21, and still no results. When I called yesterday to ask for an update I was told that they only received it that morning (THURSDAY!) nd their "time to do the test" didn't start until they received it. I advised that's not what the website says. The "supervisor" Lacretia said that's not true and it could take up to 72 hours. For Priority? Yes! She spoke over me several times and was very rude. I let her know that something had to be wrong, the test was picked up Tuesday. She then said "we have nothing to do with when Wal-Mart puts it in the box or sends it to us". I let her know I put it in the Quest box and QUEST does pick up and shipping, so it is up to QUEST to get the sample to the lab on time. She hung up on me after refusing to help me any further. NEVER go through QUEST DIRECT, just get your Dr to write an order. What I thought was going to be faster and safer than getting it done at the hospital, was the worst mistake ever! STILL WAITING!
