Tina, the manager, is consistently unprofessional and abrasive. She refuses to acknowledge any fault in situations, even those resulting from her employee's failure to follow employee protocols. The wash was done poorly, offering minimal coverage. Although this facility is conveniently located, the quality of management means I will not be returning.

They do the bare minimum at this place. Even the automatic washers don’t get the job done. Have come on a couple of occasions giving them the benefit of the doubt, but car has never been fully cleaned from the outside to inside.

Shady place. I have had stuff stolen from my car, I have paid for the oil change and car detail and they only ‘washed’ my car. When I told them they charged me for a clean but did not deliver they told me they were too busy to begin detailing at 2pm. They also use musty rags to clean cars with. Beware.

Recommended to everyone in the houston area. This place is worth the drive if you are not located in the vicinity. They are able to remove imperfections that others could not. Customer service is wonderful.

When selling packages, be specific on what the price consists and if it’s for exterior or interior only. Paying 64.99 for a SUV to still look dirty from the inside and with stains it’s not right. Especially for the price you are paying. You guys are like Mister Car Wash just trying to win easy money, not worth paying the price I paid for with the service I received. First time going there and it will definitely be the last time I go. If you just want them to vacuum your car and put it on the machine just pay the basic package instead of paying a huge amount of money for a service that it’s not worth it. because paying 64.99 it’s like paying for a basic package, it’s not worth it at all. Such a disappointment today!!!

They alway do a great job cleaning up my vehicle. Don’t forget to tip the staff that is assigned to your car. Be a good person!

I waited 2 hours for a car wash. Very disappointed:( was not informed there wld b a long wait. Whole experience was not good. Will not b back.

I paid around $67 for a wash and vac. Seats were not vacuumed right. They were still dirty.

My car looks like it just left the showroom. Detailing took about an hour and a half but it was well worth the wait. The staff thoroughly cleaned and washed the car as well as vacuumed. Attention to areas such as the tires, windows, dashboard, in between seats as well as underneath seat. Wonderful service and price.

People working when you arrive are oblivious to order of customers. Waited 15 minutes while she dealt with three cars who arrived after me. When I have used them they are exceptionally slow. Finally just left

Big five stars. I got a little impatient waiting for quite awhile but my car was filthy with chocolate milk soaked into the backseat and just a complete mess. After they cleaned it the car was so clean it blew my mind 🤯

First car wash here was great.. in and out within 40mins, very detailed and great care.
The second time, was appalling. 1hr30mins later and my detailer keeps getting distracted and chatting to others.
Spoke to the receptionist and just got a shrug and a sorry.

Friendly staff and great prices on all their services. Whether a car wash or an oil change this is an excellent choice.
