I lost my ticket and I was told to get my license plate number, so I walked to the oil change section to take a picture of my license plate. I asked the oil change personal if they have a phone and if they can receive calls from the main office and they said they do and that the office could have easily call to get the license plate number.So I let the cashier know that it would be nice in the future if they did this, not that it’s a long walk or anything but common courtesy and the cashier responded “it’s company policy imagine if we let everyone do that? And I thought these review maybe help the owner do some training and teach them to be kind and nice to customers, it’s makes a big difference and we don’t mind paying extra for good customer service

Michael is Worst Business Owner I've ever worked with! It show how bad of a business person he is just by dealing with his manager and head cashier. First I got over charged on my oil change from what I was quoted when I question the overcharge they said they didn't have the oil that they price me but they also didn't give me the opportunity to say thanks but no thanks to the higher price oil they said that they put in my car. I gave them another chance and got a car wash a few days ago. It look like there might be a chance for rain so I ask them if they gave rain check and the lady that was helping me said yes a 24 hour rain check if it rains in the first 24 hours and you have to bring your car back in within 24 hours. So it rains that night about two hours after I left and it continue raining for 3 days. I went back as soon as the rain stop and requested my rain check and they told me I had to bring it back within 24 hour of when I bought it. I said it's been raining for 3 days they said that they were open those days and I could have gotten my 24 hour rain check. I ask who in their right mind would get a car wash in the rain and they said they had lots of customers wash their cars in rain! I talked to the so called head cashier and she said that was policy. I then ask for the manager and he said that's our policy so I ask for the owner Michael and he did call me to and said that's the policy. I told my experience with my oil change I also told him when I got my car from the last car wash that the interior was hardly even touched I had crumbs all over from where they didn't vacuum. They didn't wipe down the seats either that I paid for. He didn't act like he cared if I got what I paid for or not so I did tell him not only would I never come back that he lost a customer for not doing what was right and honoring my 24 hour rain check and for his poor business skills.I will make sure that i share my story to all my friends in the Woodlands and surrounding area of rainbow car wash! "Michael it will cost you way more than what it would have by just doing what was right and taking care of business!"

Amazing work! It's great to just sit back, relax, and give Rainbow Car Care your vehicle for immaculate cleaning service. These people surely know what they are doing. My truck hasn't looked this good in some time. Sure, you can drive through a car was and vacuum yourself, but will it look Rainbow clean.....

I’m sure everyone has different opinions about how they like their car cleaned, but the past few times I’ve taken it to this place, they do a remarkable job. I get the hand wash, and it comes with interior vacuum and a quick wipe down of interior trim, and every time it looks like a brand new vehicle. Yes they have a quick wash that they can run your vehicle through, I feel like you’re going to get more attention to detail with the hand wash. In my opinion it’s worth every penny. Very kind workers here, everyone with smiles on their faces

Last Sunday was my first time trying this car wash. I know everyone has a subjective opinion on how clean they like their cars. I would definitely say for the price, they did a great job! The staff were super friendly and even though it was busy, we weren’t there for a long time. The guy who worked on my car took his time, which I do appreciate. I would recommend this place! I only did the automated wash so not sure how they would be on hand washing.

I originally heard great things about this place but i did not have a good experience at all. First, i was charged for a full size suv hand wash and i have a compact suv (by the manufacturers standards) the full size wash was $20 higher. But the biggest thing is that there was still dirt left on the surfaces in the car, dirt on the interior windows, and dirt left all over the trunk. I'm not sure if i got there too close to closing time or what but i was not impressed and it wasn't worth the almost $60 i spent. I don't think i'll be going back for another hand wash.

Only giving 4 stars because I had to wait 1.5 hours to have my car cleaned and leather conditioned and wasn't told it would take that long. It was peak time so a courtesy that a 45 min to hr job was going to run over. The job they did was great. So much so I took my wife's care back and dropped it off while we shopped.

I used to come here often & loved it every time, I always hype this place up. It's been a while but I came back today and they did a TERRIBLE job. I want to attach photos. Im pregnant and didnt want to clean my car in this heat, but here I am doing so after already spending money to get it done. Not cool. I'll try this place again soon in hopes it was just that person but I'm really upset today.Service: Vacuuming

Nice quick service. They did a great job on my Tundra. It's a little pricier than other places that I have been, but it's definitely better work.

I expected better than this. My Forte GT came home with multiple scratches and water spots plus dirt still left in the interior. I will not be coming back after this.

My car is still shining on the inside from the work they did 5 days ago. They are very detailed. I get the same price cleaning from Houston and I end up having to reclean it myself and often felt the cleaning was a waste of money but not here. They do good work and spend a lot of time on the car. I'd give people the ability to tip at the counter though so if you happen not to have cash you don't feel as bad not tipping.Really good work for the price.. if drive 30mins to get the car work done here!

Staff friendly and polite. Very helpful and explained all services so I was more clean which one will be the best for me. Almost every time this location is crowded but they do a good job. This time appears they forgot to clean the dust in front. And another detail. But still ok

I will never use rainbow again. Was told two hours for a full detail. We are going on 5 hours and I am stranded until they’re finished. I watched vehicles that came in after me finish before me for the same service. Also watched my car sit for a whole hour just being told over and over “not yet”.

Went for an oil change. Very helpful and you get a free car wash. I wish they had not changed my tire pressures. The tires were hot and above what the manufacturer suggests. They put it to manufacturer specifications, but it doesn't occur to them that this violates gas laws. The next morning, the tires were under pressure by 3 pounds.

I have had some good experiences over the years at this facility and I do think that the people who are cleaning are normally very good. That said, I came in for a drink spill in the back seat (diet coke) and let them know what had happened so they'd be able to tidy up. I also purchased "the works" package which includes cup holders and a wipe down of the interior. The cup holder and panel weren't clean. I didn't notice and called 3 days later. No follow up. I called again. They transferred me a couple of times, spoke over me, and advised me that they can't do a partial refund. (Which, okay, a policy is a policy.) The deal is, though, I ultimately need to get the car cleaned again and their overall unresponsiveness and (in my view) unreasonableness (which may not be a word, sorry) made a mild inconvenience into more of a "thing"- it will stay on my "to do" list and I might as well have driven to Bucees or similar to do my own interior tidy and go through their car wash for a more modest price.
