I had one of the most elegant, high-class customer service experiences I’ve ever had, all thanks to Jonathan Moreno at Red Wing Shoes on Spring Stuebner Road. From the moment I walked through the door, Jonathan made me feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail are on a completely different level.
Jonathan introduced me to their advanced 3-dimensional foot-scanning system, and the way he broke it down made the whole process feel premium. He took the time to make sure the molding of my feet was done perfectly so my new work boots would be customized and tailored exactly to my comfort and support needs. I’ve never had a boot-shopping experience this personalized, this precise, or this smooth.
The class and quality of service Jonathan delivered is truly out of this world. His knowledge, patience, and dedication show that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I didn't the the salesmans name but he was so attentive, despite helping several customers at once. He managed to give each of us customized relevant recommendations in a professional yet personable manner. Super satisfied with my purchase and experience.

I recently visited the Red Wing Shoe Store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to understand my needs, measure my feet properly, and recommend the perfect pair of boots.
The quality of the footwear is outstanding—solid craftsmanship, comfortable fit, and built to last. I also appreciated that they explained how to care for my boots so they’ll stay in great condition for years.
Overall, the combination of top-notch customer service and premium quality shoes makes this store a standout. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair. Highly recommended!

Save your money and buy another brand of boots. This boots lasted me 2 months, when i went in to get the warranty exchange they said its not cover.

I don’t remember the reps name when i was there, but he was super helpful. This is my second time buying boots at Redwing for my work boots. I work at a brewery and my first pair lasted me a good year before finally calling it quits. I saw some boots with the boa lacing system online and really wanted to try them out. The rep was very helpful in having me try two models with boa laces to see which one I prefer. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and helped me with my work voucher. 100% recommend

Th e store clerk in this store is hard to talk too.i would recommend to go to other store.He is not selling a shoes he thinks he is superior .I feel bad to this guy (may 16,2025/1220H) better review the camera how rude the one who is in charge today.

Horrible customer service. I spoke with an associate that asked what was wrong with the boots so I told him they fit the toes too tight and he replied “ok so he’s not willing to break them in alright” with the most arrogant attitude to which I replied “no he knows they’re supposed to get looser. If he says it’s tight. ITS TIGHT. After replacing sizes he once again insisted that they have to get broken into once again with the worst attitude. My response “they’re tight point blank period” he then proceeded to roll his eyes and say “alrighty” I wish there would’ve been a manager there to speak to directly.

Abel at the Spring store location is a rockstar. Very knowledgeable about the boots and what to expect with the product.
I already own the black Apex with BOA tech, I loved the shoe so much I bought a pair (brown) Apex for my wife. I was elated to see that the Apex came in brown for men, but the feeling went away when I realized the BOA tech was missing on the Brown Apex. Please make the men Brown Apex with the BOA tech, that is now my dream work boot, in the mean time I am excited to try out the Flexbonds that Abel recommend.

I recently bought my 4th pair of boots at this store .i accidently bought a size 9 d steel toe. i should have bought a size 9ee . i requested an insole with the maximum arch support . the clerk sold me a medium support. back to the store the clerk proceeded to argue that i didn't need a ee boot. he finally gave me the ee but refused to exchange the insole to the max high arch as he said there was no difference between the two. it was a simple exchange that he refused because he is an AL BUNDY !WHAT AN IRRITATING EXPERIENCE .

The guy was very helpful but felt rushed and I’m not happy with the boots I left with. Now I did go in with only like 45 min till closing but I would have happily came back. I love red wing boots but dear GOD have they gotten expensive. It felt like I was buying gold plated boots.
