It's not my favorite, the toilets were filthy, the drinks too expensive but it's beautiful otherwise. My wife and I both prefer Cinépolis for what we like. Less expensive overall and we get our alcohol and feel like it's a VIP experience

I love going to the movies, but this place is an absolute rip off. Not only can you not use their gift cards on vip tickets, you’re charged $8 for a regular drink and they don’t allow you to get a refill. Like seriously? What does it matter if you use a gift card? You should be able to use it towards regular or vip seating. As for being charged EIGHT dollars for one soda?! A two liter doesn’t even cost that much. Maybe if they had their staff had given a disclaimer they could have swindled me into spending a few more dollars on the $50 dollars I already dropped on concessions, I would have done it. But no, no information on the subject whatsoever. All with the manager standing right next to her who also had nothing to say. It’s soda. The profit percentage alone your company is making off of us is completely criminal, the least you could do it make it right by people spending their hard earned money in your theaters and spare the cup of fizzy.

The theatre is always really clean and the service is great. We drive 45 minutes to get here and we have a theatre 5 minutes from us. It is worth the drive for a good experience each time.
