I honestly don't understand how there are so many negative reviews for this branch. I've had nothing but excellent customer service by very friendly associates. They're always in a great mood and greet you as soon as you enter. I've never even had to wait.I don't live in the immediate area, our local Regions Bank is more centrally located. However, I've come to this specific location because they have the ability to print debit cards in house.A HUGE LIFE SAVER, by the way!A couple of years ago, I had my son and a friend of his at Splash Town for the day. I get an email that my card had been locked for suspicious activity... This is a Friday! I was so glad there was a Regions that could help me replace my debit card on the spot, the same day so close by! Without having to wait 5-7 business days...My husband and I came today to get him a debit card as well. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with smiles and greetings from both associates. No waiting at all. John Siguenas was super nice, very helpful. Loved his energy, just great vibes all around. Like someone we would be friends with and hang out on the regular. Lol. The process was a breeze and we were on our way in no time at all!For real, I'm more suspicious of all these bad reviews.. I wish we got this level of service at our local Regions.

This location, no matter how few of customers are in the building, even zero customers, tellers always say "have a seat we will be with you in a minute" all the while, 3 of the 4 tellers are playing on their phones. Just when you sit down, they say, "now we can help you". No other branch does this, it's rude, lazy and controlling for no reason.

I have came to this branch to make a deposit on 3 seperate occasions and was unable to get to the atm because there are cars blocking the driveway. This is a definite inconvenience.

I had to make an urgent deposit so I called Regions and asked if they could wait for me. The gentlemen who answered said absolutely come thru the drive thru. This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was waiting for 30 minutes and they never helped me, the workers were talking on the phone laughing and laughing and they never helped me. Bad customer service.

I came to the this bank due to have a series of problems with the online new account setup process, $50.00 used to open the account was lost and to this day I have no idea where it is, I had to make a new deposit of $50.00 when I arrived to the bank. Omar was a tremendous help (He is a wonderful employee!!), but just today in the middle of making a deposit at the atm it shut down because of an update and my card was stuck in the machine. I had to knock on their door despite it being closing time to get it handled, livid is an understatement. I had to get a whole new card.When I asked the teller when the machine comes back up will my information still be on there and she said she couldn’t say for sure but it should be gone. That doesn’t make me feel confident, that makes me absolutely worried. I am debating on taking all my money out and going with another bank which is something I should’ve done at the first red flag, which was a $50 deposit going missing after signing up for a new account online.I remember why I left this bank in the first place in the past, I should’ve left this bank alone.

I sat at this branch for over an hour establishing a business account with Jorge Galeas for none of the required paperwork to be turned in. My account is not being held until verification the information he asked me to email over wasn’t even the information being asked for. I only know this because I’m working with a different branch at the moment, it’s very frustrating to return in information as well has have your account freeze.
