You only get 2 stars for the time I had to waste (3visites) for a nonsense issue with the bank suspending my zelle account..came back the first time ..it was fixed by the time I walked out it happend again called 800 for about 90 minutes ...they said had had to go again to the branch to verify it was me ...and again it happens they locked it called 800, has a chat online and verified all my info and again they said I have 5o go to the branch and verify it was me..another 40 minutes..I tried to use it to receive payment and again it was lockef...I came back and closed. The account . Wasted to much time on a simple nonsense issue

Spoke with Stephanie Schneider today and she was amazing. I’ve never had a banker show much interest in helping me and asking questions that have to do with ALL my finances. I felt like it was a good use of my time. Regions definitely sets themselves apart from any other bank I’ve ever banked with.

Emmanuel aka Manny Velazquez was VERY helpful throughout the entire process of opening 5 Business accounts. Not only did he make it easy but he took the time to get to know my husband and I and NOT just make it about business and that we loved! Definitely recommending him to my family and friends. This bank has bad customer service and don’t value their members. They charge fees for everything, and even thru all the pandemic struggles they don’t waive any fees or help out. Very disappointed

Stopped by for a restroom break after a long road trip. They said memebers only can use their restrooms. Thanks for being jerks. Typical Woodlands attitude.
