There were roaches, nasty. The bathroom is disgusting and it is always clogged, never cleaned. This place is not clean. Do not go here.

First time here… Had a couple of oversized comforters I couldn’t wash at home so I came here to wash. I’m not exaggerating when I say I walked in and the place smelled like fish. I stepped out to make sure there wasn’t a seafood restaurant in the plaza next door… nope. Guy that worked at the spot sat and played on his phone - fine. I wasn’t expecting 5 star treatment from a laundry mat, but the place was filthy. Get up, straighten the place out. Sweep, mop, throw away the empty laundry detergent bottles on top of the machines, wipe the dried detergent dropping from around machines, and so on and figure out where the world that smell is coming from! But I’m not from this part of town and just wanted to get the comforter washed and dried. So I went on, got the card, washed and dried my comforter without issue. Besides the washers needing a little TLC, they
actually washed well and so did the drier.

Good machines! My clothes come out nice and clean, but they need to clean the bathroom and the laundromat at least (minimum) two times a day (opening and closing).
***Reply to owner: Then I would suggest finding better cleaning personnel :) nonetheless the machines are great! ****

I have used Rinse n run in the woodlands for the last year ,the last couple of times I have noticed it was extremely dirty ,trash overflowing, broken machines ,restroom, (disgusting)
Last week I went with 13 loads put clothes in washer,,,only to find out after starting the 3 larger ones I could not put any washing powder in the machines because they were completely clogged up with old washing powder dirt and grime!
I had to move all my clothes remind you they're all wet and separate them into smaller washers I was out at least $40 and a total mess, I called I got a hold of the manager and he was going to tell the owner to call me The owner didn't even bother to call me nor try to refund my money totally unprofessional.

Haven't been to this laundromat in awhile and it has been updated and refurbished with new machines and flooring. Clean and friendly. Four loads done in an hour and a half! $4 wash and $1.50 dry ...can't beat that!

It’s a nice laundromat with really good prices compared to others I’ve been too. However sometimes it is a little dirty but there is usually someone here to keep tidy. I did however come this visit and saw that all the machines were full and no one was in the laundromat (it’s a Monday at 1:15) which is odd but nothing I can do about it. Did not like having to use another machine that cost more for my laundry but I had no choice. Today the bathroom was also out of order and some machines are also out of order. Overall it is a nice laundromat just that it needs a little more care at times. I like also that vending machines accept the little wash card as payment and the lost and found shelf that is in the back

Washes and dry pretty good floor is real dirty. The lady that’s working there. Just sits on her phone instead of sweep and clean up. Might wanna hire some more help if it’s like that

I have been here about 4 times so far and it is a nice washateria with updated machines and I like that I dont have to bring or use coins. However every time I come the trash cans are over flowing with trash and the floor really needs to be swept...can I suggest to have an attended clean up in the evening or early morning when it opens and or closes

Some machines take quarters instead of the card that they make you buy. The dryers take forever to dry. To over an hour and a half to dry my clothes. Won't be coming back

I have called Numerous times to see if they found a CC in the machine. The answering service says that someone will contact you back, they Never do!! They're doors for the washers are Always stuck !! DO NOT GO HERE !!
