Rooftop Solutions is a business that offers roof repair and installation services. They are known for their punctual, courteous, and professional team, with representatives like Jacob and Chris who provide thorough assessments and clear communication. The company has received praise for high-quality roof installations and their ability to handle storm and wind damage. Customers have shared positive experiences, highlighting how Ethan walked them through each step of the process and made dealing with insurance easy and smooth. Following a tree falling on a roof, one customer noted that Jacob and his team quickly repaired the roof the next day and addressed all concerns, completing repairs within a week and at half the price quoted by other companies. However, there have been some issues with customer service following the completion of work. One customer reported a problem with water damage that was not addressed in a timely manner, despite multiple attempts to contact the company. Despite this, the majority of reviews are positive, with customers appreciating the quality of the work, professionalism, and great communication from the team.

Rooftop Solutions did a phenomenal job replacing our roof! They started before sun up and were done by sun down. I highly recommend them! Ask for Michael, he helped us from start to finish and answered every question we had.
