This has always been my go-to store for last-minute shopping—until now. I found exactly what I needed in under 15 minutes, but unfortunately was met with an experience I neither wanted nor deserved. At 7:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve, the associate I encountered was rude, detached, and unwelcoming. It was early enough in the day that the level of unpleasantness was surprising.
I truly hope Ross provides EAP or employee support, because what was displayed felt less like customer service fatigue and more like someone in need of assistance rather than ready to engage with the public.

Went there today and fitting room was shut down. They had these bootleg fitting rooms in the front of the store and only two fitting rooms. No one was there monitoring to make sure people are only taking 5 items in there to try on. Store looks clean but I was discouraged to buy anything because of my fitting room experience.

I went this Ross store like 1:15pm(today) and there were almost 50-55 customers on line waiting to pay and there were only one register open. So I left without buying anything And I mean one register

95% of my hundreds of reviews are positive, BUT, today 11/12/2024. 10:25AM, I have a bad moment with the cashier KATHERINE, she needed to take social skills or chenge to another kind of job. I said hello to her, she ignored me, she put my blouses, pants and chrismas decorations in one small bag! Gosh! Its new cloths! Not free clothes!! Dry cleaners are expensive girl!! I Never do my shopping in this store!!

This Ross is always nice and clean. However, no matter how busy the store is, they always have one cashier. It’s like this everytime that I come, no matter the time of day. There were 2 employees by the register putting up hangers instead of helping. The cashiers are always super nice though.
