I am new to the area I went in June 6 made a purchase everything was fine today I had to make a return from that purchase I was helped by Tiffany the store manager and she was completely rude I was returning a shower caddy everything was in the box and it was closed well she decided to dump everything out my initial thought is she’s making sure all pieces are there no! She dumbed everything out just to put it in her way and when she couldn’t fit everything back in the box she said I needed to put everything in the box as I purchased it I explained to her I brought it in nicely packed whatever there was a line everyone at this point is staring so I feel so embarrassed I put everything back in the box very fast at that point she completes the return being the manage I don’t understand why her customer service is so bad! Needs to be improved

Terrible customer service, their employees are distracted they forget to remove security tags which then makes you drive back to the store and then they won’t take the tags off they make you call customer service to then deal with it and need to make second trips they don’t even offer customer credits for returning the product with tags this has happened to me before at other stores in the past and they were able to help pretty quickly! They basically took my money because I did pay and buy the item but they aren’t even helpful with the situation this Ross is also extremely messy and unorganized

Surprisingly good selection at this store. Lots of shoplifting, unfortunately, as many items had ripped security tags shoved into pockets and into shoes.

Excellent, they have many things and excellent service from the staff, everything is very organized, I only feel that they lack more variety of tennis shoes and shoes.

This is a really nice and well stocked Ross. I actually think this is the best one I've ever been to, and I've been to many in 7 different states. It's clean, organized, good employees. It's not a mess and it's got a better vibe than any other one I've been to!
