The store is large and you can find many things. It also has a self-checkout so you don't have to wait in long lines. Of all the stores, this one has the most furniture. I love it!

I always come here as SOON as they open or 1-2 hours before closing, the line isn't as bad, they have good selections. I go during week day or weekends exactly how I said early as possible or late because the line gets ridiculous, I've never had problems with self check out even with them having to rescan your stuff which I don't mind since no one is usually in line when I check out, I've gone here for years and will continue to come, it does get super busy on weekends but that's common sense?

Will NOT be back at your location. Standing in line and someone said 10 or less items we have self checkout. Great! I had a tea organizer box so I went to self checkout. Not one register at self checkout had bags. THANK GOD I ONLY HAD 1 ITEM!!!! I saw the front (I guess SECURITY CHECK REGISTER had bags so stopped to stick my item in. YOUR LOSS PREVENTION DUDE wanted to see my receipt and then pulled my item out to scan. So much for fast self checkout (I should have just waited in line for an employee!!!! Just saying if you are that concerned about theft maybe you shouldn't have self check-out!!!

Not sure what in-store management is doing. There's a line all the way back to clothing to check out, but Shevaughn is walking around with another employee wasting time while Paula has to check out the entire store herself. Then Shevaughn actually goes to the courtesy booth and proceeds to check out the same employee but that's it. All the while ignoring all the customers patiently waiting in line for over half an hour. Then she gets up and walks around and does something else again and gets lost. Then she actually goes to another register and pulls people out of the self-checkout line instead of helping customers in the checkout line. But only for a moment. Shevaughn, if you're bored at work and you're trying to look busy you need to do a better job of it. Everybody can see that you don't care.

They are promoting the self check out, you scan your own items and then the security guard scans them again! Each item! You stand in line to basically scan the items yourself and then stand in line again. So twice you stand in line twice! It defeats the purpose of a self checkout. It is hilariously ridiculous. It’s a waste of time.
