God forbid you ask to use their trash can for an empty lunch container. You’ll get a dirty look and an attitude from the red head with lots of makeup. I’ll use a different location from now on bc you just can’t expect people to be decent these days. Cheer up buttercup! You’re in the customer service industry after all.

I go on my lunch break to get hair color. On the door sign associate on restroom break. I understand. I wait for 25 minutes still no one! Frustrating!

I like to order online for in store pickup for the convenience of being able to run in, grab it, and go. However, this was not my experience at this Sally Beauty. I ran in expecting to quickly grab my bag but ended up having to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to close my order out. She seemed new which I’m understanding when there is training being done but there was no one in that store training that poor girl and so she didn’t know how to close my order out. Because of this, I had to wait for her coworker to arrive to show her how. The cashier texted her coworker and then her boss and still nothing. I asked her to call them because it’s faster and she just continued to look at her texts. Finally, the cashier says her coworker is in the parking lot walking up and that she was on break. There needs to be better training before leaving someone new alone to run the store. Will not be returning to this location. It is.

Horrible establishment I had came at 6:55pm to grab something real quick and they had already closed even though they closed at 7:00pm. Then i went ahead and came back at 5:30pm on Monday, there was a note saying "be back in 5min, restroom break" its now 6:00pm I stayed waiting hoping they'd come back to open the door. Get more staff, yall cant run an establishment if you have to close your doors when you need to go to the restroom.

I am surprised at these bad reviews. there are two Sally stores near The Woodlands, and this is the one I choose to go to. they have always had what I needed in stock and the employees have always been able to answer my questions. I am very happy with this location and will continue to shop here.

I went in wanting to lighten my hair . I asked the lady what she recommended, I told her I wanted something that DID NOT have bleach or super harsh chemicals. She picked out ion & 30 developer . I told my friend about it & she said I am only supposed to use 10 DEVELOPER . I got home & put the stuff in my hair for 45 AS SHE RECOMMENDED!! & I now have chemical burns all over my head & my hair is completely destroyed and damaged, my hair also barely lightened and you can’t even tell the difference. These girls that work here have NO FRIKIN clue what they are doing !!! I am so unbelievably upset as I spent almost $30 !! Never going back to Sally’s again .

I went yesterday, around 4:15 p.m. and ended leaving without buying nothing. The girl at register was everything but nice to us. She barely answered my questions, was peevish but just to us. A white lady came in and she was helpful and nice, maybe because we are latinas. This was my Sally store but not anymore.

The woman on the floor was very helpful when helping me make my selections and she was very nice. Unfortunately I didn't get the results I was looking for out of the products that I bought so I went 2 days later with my products and receipt to return them because of the return policy states "love it or return it guaranteed" and a woman who claimed to be the manager would not let me return them, not even for store credit. She went against store policy and started to get rude when I asked her to show me the policy and why I couldn't return my used products.
