According to the purchase of $40, a surprise gift, at checkout, when paying, the cashier tells us that there are no more gifts and apart from that she is rude and rude and it is not the first time. I definitely won't go back to that store.

I drove close to a hour for this nail glue only to be shown ASP instead of beauty secrets. The person working should know their brand! Then when they do ship out the beauty secrets they only ship out 15 to a store!!!

Two times in this store this week and was lied to about buying a home perm that I had purchased there several times before. They are out of stock often on this item and I can find them at other locations by calling and they will hold until the next day. In fact, the exact perm I bought the first of the week as an individual was today moved up on shelf and I was told it was only for professionals. Really insulting to a customer.I was told that the perm was for professionals only, not true. That has never been true before and the other locations say it can be purchased by anyone. This store is not holding up to Sally standards and I feel it is a bad representation of your business and certainly causing loss of business at this locations.I now prefer to drive to locations further away than deal with being lied to and not being able to purchase what I needed even though it is right in front of me.

I’ll never come back again! I shop at Sally’s EVERYWHERE so I know where everything practically is! I went in and went straight to the capes and the cashier seen fit to come back there where I was! Not a problem but the PROBLEM WAS her lingering around as if I was going to steal a cheap temporary cape! I had no large purse and my clothes are very form fitting, no where to hide anything! Made me very uncomfortable and very disappointed, I’ll drive elsewhere before ever stepping foot in here again!!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would!! First, I didn't receive the free gift as advertised for spending over $35 dollars. Second, the young girl working this past Monday evening is a moron and doesn't know what the heck she's talking about! Stupidly, I took some advice from her and completely screwed up my hair!! Thanks b*tch! I hope she gets fired!! I highly recommend going to a different location!

Nice store. Employees need a more covert way to follow customers for (understandable) theft prevention. They were standing at the counter chatting when i arrived and all of a sudden , sis felt the need to leave behind the counter to sort some stuff where I was looking at the nail items. This is why i order online. The anxiety is not worth getting my items right when I want them. God bless.

I came at 5:15 and it was already closed but in the door it says they close at 6pm. Last week I came and the workers where very unhelpful. They where always in their phone. Bad experience. Now I always go to a different location.

I have been a customer of Sally's Beauty Supply for years. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it's not. But, this review is not directly focused on customer service. I went to my closest store today to pick up a few things. When I went to the register, I was informed that they no longer supply plastic bags. Then they told me that I could purchase a paper bag for fifteen cents or I could carry my items out in my hands. I realize that the sales clerks do not make the rules. I worked in retail for years and understand how challenging it could be to provide good, customer service while adhering to corporate policies. My complaint is not with them. I don't have a problem with the store switching exclusively to paper bags. And, fifteen cents is not going to break me. However, it's the principle of the issue. If Sally's insists on, "going green" why is the customer expected to pay the cost? Shouldn't the owner of the store be paying for the paper bags? I don't know if it's just this location of Sally's that requires the customers to pay for shopping bags or if it is a corporate policy. It's cheap and petty to expect the customer to pay extra for a shopping bag simply because the company has decided not to supply plastic bags anymore. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Sally's right away. I'm still very upset by this situation. I appreciate the opportunity to voice my grievance. Thank you.
