If I could give 0 stars I would, they are really, really slow, even when you pay extra for expedited shipping, they are weeks behind and have no ability to tell you when you will receive your item!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the company behind "Fun Stuff For Sale", on ******. They are careless, at the very least. They sell product that doesn't match the product page, and they ignore customer complaints. Their ****** feedback is rife with customers complaining about refunds being denied after they sent product back, or being charged a "restocking fee". Their feedback also contains myriad complaints about the seller sending the wrong item, or a different model or version. This is a bad seller. Any customers who have a bad experience, send them a message, but you probably won't hear back. They ignore everything. After waiting the requisite 2 days, call ****** customer service and demand to file an A to Z claim.... Read More

Worse company ever. They definitely need OSHA over there. Closest to slave labor i ever seen. Shady business practice and worst management in employment history. Also watch out for their other business' name fun stuff for sale or chefs wife. They use another business name to cover up they sell on amazon. Shady shady shady

I wouldn't do business with this company if you're an average bloke just trying to get hired by someone after 8 months of putting effort. They probably have a racial bias towards me, who knows.

I ordered a vanity - not a small package.... it was damaged and in order to return it I am expected to pay full price for the shipping. I do not think it fair since the item was broken (obviously broken at the time of packing because the box was not damaged. Still trying to get thru the process and do not have my credit yet!

BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered a Dyson DC65 vacuum from them via their Amazon storefront. They sent a different model that cost @$160.00 less than what I ordered. I said I would keep the wrong vacuum if they met the price of the wrong vacuum. "They don't do that". But I could return the vacuum for a full refund - return at MY expense! I was outraged at the lack of customer service and the poor communication. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

This company appears to operate or have operated under several names. On Amazon they are "Early Christmas SALE SPECIAL", "Cyber Week Special", "Early Bird CYBER MONDAY Special" and now, the latest, "End of Season Clearance". I have also seen them called the "Same Day Shipping Company" and "Fun Stuff For Sale". My interaction with this company was extremely poor and I will not buy from this seller again. It disappoints me that Amazon continues to allow them to sell on their site. I am a loyal Amazon customer, but they seem to be clueless about what this company is doing and how they are operating. Scour the one-star Amazon seller reviews on this company and you will pick up on some truly horrible business practices. Look up "Same Day Shipping Company" on the Better Business Bureau website and you will see the BBB gave them an "F" rating -- the lowest possible rating -- because they've had 7 complaints filed in 2 years and have resolved NONE of them. You will also find out this company told the BBB they do not want BBB contact or to be rated by the BBB. I wish I would have done my homework on this company before doing business with them. Fool me once, unfortunately.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I ordered a Dyson DC65 vacuum from them via their Amazon storefront. They sent me a Dyson Ball which costs $160.00 less than what I paid. I said I would keep the wrong the vacuum if they refunded the price difference. They "don't do that" but I could return the vacuum for a full refund. Catch - I have to paid for the return! I was so outraged I called Amazon and told them they should bar Fun Stuff for Sales from their site as they only make Amazon look bad. I will NEVER do business with these sleezy people again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Shady company. DO NOT do business with them. Ordered an "authentic" WWE Intercontinental Belt (priced at $400, was $30 at the time) and what I recieved what a kid's replica belt from Toys R Us ($20 on the invoice). Everyone who has ordered this "amazing deal" has had the same result. Amazon refunded my order but they can't refund my disappointment. If possible, I would give negative stars. Shame on you.

This is in regards to Fun Stuff for Sale vending through Amazon. I had one of the worst experiences in my life purchasing a TV. I purchased a "brand new" Vizio 55inch TV that at this point I'm pretty sure was refurbished. Never the less, the TV came cracked down the middle. I tried to get them to refund my money and get them to send me a shipping tag. Through all my efforts they refused to come get the item themselves and then they claim they pry themselves in "good customer service". Now I had to pay $240 to ship the TV back to them in hopes to get my money returned in a timely manner. I don't know how these people are still in business, to me they look like a gigantic scam. Currently I'm trying to get them removed from Amazon as a vendor because it should be illegal to treat customers like this. They send me a broken TV and don't even have the audacity to reach out to me and apologize, and offer to send someone to pick up my TV and return my money. Instead they put me through so much trouble that I even blame Amazon for not taking action over you guys.

I have never posted a review of a company but today I had to. Total scam of a company. I have never experienced anything like this from a company. They should be shut down. Here is what I sent to them. I received a generic response about returning an unwanted item. I am very upset and disappointed with your company's actions regarding this order. If you do not ship the correct product in a timely manner I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. Here is a recap of the events. -I ordered the high chair -I received an email of your receipt of the order and notification that the order would be shipped soon -I received an email that the item was no longer in stock -I checked the link to the item again and it was still in stock and relisted but at a higher price -I sent a message to you asking about the problem and never heard back -I received 4 duplicate emails that the high chair had shipped (image of the high chair was on all of these emails) -I checked the tracking of the package today and found out that the package was held at a FedEx location an hour away from where I live. -I called Fedex to find out the information and they told me that someone called under my name and asked that the package be held at the FedEx location an hour away from where I live (I did not call). -I drove over 2 hours round trip to pick up the package only to find out that it is the incorrect item; a booster seat used for older children. This entire situation happened because there was a mistake on your end with the listing price. The business practices since then have been nothing but shady and I cannot believe that someone from your company would call and use my name to request that the package be held in hopes that I wouldn't pick it up and it would be returned to you. If you do not fulfill the correct item ordered in a timely manner I will report you. I am enraged.

This company is not up front about their return policy. If you need to return an item, be prepared to pay a 15% restocking fee. At least that is what they told me after the fact. And what makes me even more angrier is that I tried to cancel my order just minutes after placing it through Amazon, literally minutes. The email back from Amazon advised this company was notified of the cancellation as well. And if you try to get any resolution with them about returns, they just keep sending you the same automated email over and over. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Very poor customer service.

These people have a storefront on Amazon called "Fun Stuff for Sale" : Ordered an item from them via their Amazon storefront. This review is based on my experience with that Amazon order. They sent the wrong item to me, which happens now and then, so that was frustrating, but not the issue. I notify them, via Amazon's messaging center, that they had sent me the wrong item. I then file a return through the Amazon returns center, and send the item back to them - all following Amazon and this store's returns procedure to the letter. The item was large, bulky, and heavy - so the return shipping was over $67. Via Amazon's messaging system, I send these people a photocopy of the return shipping receipt and tracking number. I check the tracking of the return, and notice it was delivered. No word yet from these people at all - not a single response to my messages. I'm out of town at this point. When I return a week later, I find that they had sent the correct item, which I appreciated. Still, it would have been nice to at least let me know they were doing that, one would think. Great, so I have my correct item (finally), but I'm still out over $67 in return shipping. I again message them via Amazon messaging system to let them know they need to reimburse my return shipping - as they clearly state they will do on their Amazon seller profile for situations where they send the wrong item. Nothing - no response. Then yesterday I get a random email from Amazon that a $25 credit will post to my credit card. $25? Really? I paid over $67 to ship the item back to them, and I sent them a copy of the actual receipt so there would be no confusion. That is DISHONEST. Firstly, they didn't even live up to the claims they made on their own Amazon seller profile : "If an item was returned due to OUR fault (damaged, defective, wrong item) you will get a replacement shipment. We will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping once we receive and process your refund" FALSE - Reimbursing $25 for a $67 return shipping cost doesn't constitute "reimbursing you for the cost of return shipping" They also state on their seller profile : "We respond to all email inquiries within ONE BUSINESS Hour" FALSE - I must have sent them five messages throughout all of this spanning about a week and a half, and did not receive one single email response or phone call. I will NEVER order anything from these people again. NEVER.
