I couldn’t make it over to Caliber until right after 5, I was working yesterday. The night before my daughter was driving behind me and noticed that one of my back lights went out and then a bit later the second light also went out. From a safety perspective I knew it would be a good thing to check it out quickly. Not only did they help me out with not a lot of time to spare but they also did my state inspection too all right before 6 when they close. They are a very profession awesome crew, good people! They fixed my daughters car the month before with an extended warranty that they really had to wrestle to the ground to get it fixed! We are changing to a company that is easier to work with on the warranty. They did a really great job there too. Thank you and have a blessed day!

I'll give two stars just for the fact that the customer service is indeed gold standard from the standpoint of how information is delivered to you, getting you a shuttle home if needed etc.
The reason for the score being so low is due to the fact that I brought the car in for concerns of a suspension issue. The car was there for roughly 4 days, and I was told that the issue was not the suspension but actually the transmission. Saying there was too much slack in it and they needed the issue to start to worsen before more extensive evaluations could be done due to an extended warranty concern.
I took the car in for a second opinion at the dealership, just to be told the issue isn't with the transmission at all. Turns out the front suspension was in fact the issue. Both control arm bushing were cracked and damage, the ball joints were leaking and so were the sway bar links which were causing the sounds I was hearing.
I've been to Caliber before, trusted them but after this experience, not anymore. I'm not sure if the pay out with an extended warranty is more if it's a bigger issue in this case a "transmission issue" or what (I'm sure it is). I would have liked to have known if they looked at these parts that were visibly leaking and damaged as I was by the dealership (apparently they didn't if they missed something that can be seen by simply lifting the car).
All in all, frustrating, and disheartening. I used to recommend people go to Caliber, but due to the dishonesty it's not worth it. Do better.

Caliber does a nice job providing you with pictures in a full report of what they found and what they fixed.

Would not recommend. $180 charge for diagnostic is much more expensive than others. They charge for shop supplies, a hidden fee. And they wanted $500
for a 10 minute job and $30 part.
