I have never been this disrespected in my whole life, from the second I pulled up and saw her you could tell she hates her job. Shook her head as she was walking up to the window. I asked for a whole milk she said I'm a snappy and extremely rude way do you want 2% or whole , well I asked for whole so let's go with whole milk was what I wanted to say but instead of stopping to her level I said again whole milk. As she walked away I could see her mouthing tk whoever she was on this phone with it was b******* I wanted something . If you don't wanna work night don't do it . Most of the employees at this location are fantastic but the lady working tonight needs a new job she likes

Not that the race matters but I didn’t see the cashiers name. Hispanic female cashier was dropping my change , then handing money off the another (black female with bun) employee. Counted money in front of me, had a difficult time doing that and shorted me 2 dollars. I work in payroll and deal with numbers all day. I know what I brought in.

I get gas maybe once every 2 weeks. I went there and now my car has water in the gas tank and is basically undrivable. Close the pumps if the supply is contaminated

Horrible place. Gas pumps are out of order a lot. It doesn’t matter the time of day, they can never cash out a lotto ticket (I’ve tried various times of day and no matter what it’s “we just changed registers I have no cash”)They must change registers 20 times a day)Its obvious the employees don’t even want to be there. Just go to one of the other two shells across the street and you’ll be a lot happier

This store only receives 3 stars from because the employee cleaning outside @2:30-2:45pm makes the store look very clean! The cashier on the other hand is impatient and has very poor customer service. She has her phone in her hand while I was at the counter having issues with the card machine because it has plastic on it it’s hard to press the numbers.? Still paid for gas and sometimes the truth helps us be better.

So if this is heaven or hell And if I'm insane or unwell Please don't give me pills Cause this girl gives me chills When she poses like this at the Shell Tell her about this gas station... Shell never believe a word of it. Cute little gas station and useful convenience store right off the main Highway through The Woodlands heading south to Houston or north to Conroe and Dallas. Exceptionally nice, with the boy advertising their excellent breakfast sandwiches which we didn't try - but he made me want to, which is funny. I'm not sure if they would be any good but his customer service was definitely amazing, and the gas was cheaper than a lot of the places up and down here. Will try the sandwiches soon. So thanks to the lovely kid and the good prices and the memorable poses, I'm giving it 5.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Patel, the store manager at the gas station. My rental car hit the curb and I ended up with a flat tire at this gas station. I did not purchase the rental car damage waiver and I was really scared. I called chase (who claim they cover damage when using their credit card) and they gave me a crazy rate they charge. Insurance refused to answer the call with a human voice. I spent half an hour on the phone for nothing.
