Scam âźď¸. The person working on this location today at 12:01 pm is a scammer. I tap the mobile for gas. At pump 6. He cancelled the transaction from inside. I went inside, he said no money is taken outside. I called my bank show him the transaction and yet he didnât let me put gas. I called my bank and report it. They verify that there is pending from shell.

The new gas pump screen/credit card reader that were just installed are awful and I won't be coming back to this store. If other Shell stores start to implement the same systems, I will cancel my Shell card and find a different fuel provider.

Pulled up to the pump it excepted my Google pay I pumped the gas very uneventful just the way it should be.
Also they recently remodeled the whole place. It's nice and the owner is a great guy, very friendly and lives local.
Nice all around experience.

Im giving this store a 3 star because I love the cashier lady that works here that works in the morning. She is super sweet and always makes me feel comfortable when I come to this shellâs location, but i think they have a new lady working at night. She is not so friendly and is always on her phone.

Pump 7 messed our truck up. Our truck was running fine until we got gas there. After we filled up we stopped somewhere. When we went to leave our truck would not start up and stay running. It keeps stalling out and dying. Management tells us no one else has complained and nobody else is having these problems. I have reported the issue to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and have filed a complaint on them. They are selling watered down gas.BEWARE!

My FiancĂŠ went today to buy drinks and the cashier girl today was very rude. There is no reason for that attitude when working in customer service. Just because weâre not the same race does not mean she can talk to people the way she wants when no one was being disrespectful to her. I hope the manger sees this! This is very disturbing and disrespectful! If she doesnât like her job then she should not be there at all! This girl needs to be fired or talked to because no one is gonna accept this type of behavior. She is very lucky he doesnât remember her name because I would put it on here. Manager, you CAN DO BETTER!!!

Most of the time don't have receipt at the pump. Customer has to walk in to get the receipt. It's very inconvenient. Always an excuse of out of receipt paper or old or problem with the printing machine etc.

The night shift guy needs to be fired ASAP. He is never up front and people always have to bang on the door , ring the bell and call the store and he still will not answer. From 12am -5 am if he is working you can forget about it. Drive 6 mins away to the next shell station. I have sat and watched 12 people come by tonight 10/02/2022 and was unable to get in the store or use the pay window. And the guy is there just not answering. Management needs to hire someone else.
