This location could have better customer serve. They weren't busy at the time I went. They could actually dust their shelves and merchandise while they aren't busy was disappointed in over all experience there

They must be careful because they don't know how to prepare the paints!!!!! And they don't give you the opportunity to dialogue!!!!!

Let’s just say I certainly wasn’t treated like a G.U.E.S.T.
No “hello”, no “can I help you”, no “I’ll be with you in a moment”, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not so much a “Bye, Felicia” as we left.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Called in some quarts for samples and they had them ready before I got to store. Will be coming here for all my painting needs.

Every time we go here we get great service! I would rather pay a few dollars more and have a great person help me one on one than getting no help at Lowes or Home Depot and having to also self check out!

Every time I go in this store the staff is helpful and friendly. I like how this store is really close to my house as well. I think the best thing about this and other Sherwin-Williams is their brushes and rollers seem to be of better quality than what you can find in the big box stores.

Mr.Angel is very cooperative and helpful person and really takes care of customers need. I am so thankful for his help even when he was on vacation period. HE IS REALLY AN ANGEL. GOD BLESS HIM.
