Bought black paint from here to paint my interior doors, based on a recommendation from the associate. Unfortunately, the paint is sticky to the touch on most of the doors and it doesn't lay down flat. Which requires you to put more coats down than necessary. I decided to look up the particular paint on their website and the product only has a 2 out of 5 star review with many, many others agreeing with my same issue. The main issue is that this paint wasn't cheap and I bought 2 gallons which was over $150.

Good staff, fast service, decent promotions.Higher priced paint than a lot of places but not half bad quality.Benjamin Moore has higher quality paint but also at a slightly higher price.The painting tools in the store here are also a little over priced compared to anywhere else.

I am always welcomed by friendly staff regardless of what store I am in. This was my first time to this particular store. There were a lot of people waiting for their orders to be completed as well as some still needing to be helped. I only needed one gallon of paint and I was in and out fairly quickly. I waited for a much shorter time than expected. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed prior to leaving the store. I love the quality of the paint. It had been a couple years since I got paint at Sherwin Williams. I had to get paint that matched what I had previously used. I had taken a picture of the paint can showing the type of paint as well as the sticker showing the color. I just showed that to the person helping me and he filled my order. I was a bit sticker shocked by the price but everything has gone up in price since Covid. I would recommend them to others looking for quality paint.

We just left there and were told the paint was 47.99$. I had a 10$ coupon to use as well. Paid and left. I’m now looking at my receipt and I was charged 64.99$ for the paint and then given my 10$ off. I was also then charged a 4% supply chain charge on top of that for every single item I purchased. What kind of scam is this ? You up the price because I have a coupon and you also charge a 4% charge on top of everything I bought ? I will NOT be buying anymore paint ever from you. Shame on you !

Kaylee can't be bothered with designers or customers. She was rude and did everything she could to discourage us from purchasing. If our pro hadn't sent us there we would have walked out. Don't reward them with your business!
