I’m so disappointed in Sherwin Williams. I bought a sample and used on my laundry room cabinet doors. The cabinet paint is up to $50 a quart. The paint was on sale yesterday. Turns out the color was good so I painted the doors. Today, the paint had a little speck on it so I picked it off…the paint came right off! I have never had any brand of sample paint do that!
I went to the store today to purchase actual cabinet paint….not on sale today! Then the sales person actually laughed at me for using the sample paint!!! They just lost a customer!

Shot out to Brian, the new store manager who genuinely cared and ultimately solved my ceiling paint mismatch. This store has a greater variety of residential paint options than the one by the 45-N freeway and there's no heavy contractor traffic so you will get undivided attention. It's worth an extra half a mile drive for any painting needs.

I had a very difficult and annoying color match to do on the exterior of my house, as the paint I already had did not match the weathered walls by only a tiny bit.

Sw please fix the Ac!!! I have come to this location several times this year and the a/c has been out since summer. It’s hot and sticky and they just have a big shop fan.The employees are always helpful and efficient! Aside from the store feeling like swamp butt, it’s a great location.

Justin M. at this location provided amazing service. We came in close to closing and he treated us with such kindness and respect. He helped us picked out the paint we needed, was very knowledgeable, and definitely made a long term customer out of us! We will be returning because the customer service was unmatched. I highly recommend the store everybody is extremely kind and helpful. I never feel like I got a bad deal coming out of their store and always gain extra knowledge for projects I am working on. I refuse to go to any other store except this one no matter how far I am from it
