A big five star to this service location I needed an important phone number within the Sherwin-Williams company, even though this store was not designed to handle this segment of the business, the professional response and able to give me the correct contact direct contact to that person is priceless thank you again. Chose to go in to get a quick gallon made up, and Bo messed it up twice. I literally pointed exactly where I wanted the paint matched, twice, and he messed it up. "huh?" And "I don't know" Is apparently his favorite saying. When I pointed out he messed up, he said they were closed and "uh, there's no more room to match, and plus so can't be here anymore because we are closed..you want to come back tomorrow?" Bo sucks. Bo needs to work at a McDonald's or something.

Absolutely Horrible customer service!4 people working and 3 of the four literally spent 45 minutes with one client while a line of 7 waited. (yes I waited nearly an hour to get someone to speak with and there were two people behind me)I got to the counter and they didn’t carry the product I needed.Oh and not once did someone even acknowledge the line and the people waitingHonestly I don’t think I will ever use this company again because of this location.And I buy thousands of gallons of epoxy and paint each year.I will also post my feelings on my national franchise websiteGood job guys at this location!!!

Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Great products and excellent service from the manager and employees who know the products sold by Sherwin Williams. Overall quality is very high and I will be coming back to buy more and will be recommending to others who are in need of paints and paint products.
