The staff is gentile and the location great. Unfortunately, the responsible for the place is not committed to the client. I've been trying to get the payment for 3 pieces of my clothes they damaged. Eight visits to the store and "Sam", the supervisor, still giving excuses and avoiding to pay for the damage. My advise: don't use this service if you care for your clothes.After 8 visits to the place I finally got the payment. I wish them well, but this was my last time in this laundry.Service: Ironing

They claim to open at 7:00 AM but you will be lucky if anyone shows up before 7:30 on Fridays. They must fiesta mucho on Thursday nights.

I brought my work uniforms in for cleaning and one dress for a small alterations/snitching on 1/12/2022 the owner's son took care of me, he informed me that alterations would take about a week to come back. Ok, no problem, I prepaid, and that was great. I came back a week in a half later to get my uniforms which was a total of 4 pieces and only received 3 of the 4 back. The dress that was sent for alterations was missing. I’ve been dealing with this since January, I have been stopping by the cleaners once a week with the receipt signed by one of the workers and all I've been getting is the run-around, no one can tell me what happen to it. I was told the last time I was there which was about 3 weeks ago that she would call or text me with an update and 3 weeks later still haven’t received a call or text from the rep or management. To say this is poor customer service is an understatement. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else. Very poor follow-up and lack of concern when it comes to your belongings!Service: Alterations

A family member dropped off our items and was told...oh my machine is closed so you can at pay when you pick up. All cleaner's pay at pick up. When I pick up the clothes, I'm at one register and the young lady is alllllllllll the way down at the other register. So we are looking at each other and I finally say....oh you want me at THAT register. Booish bootie?? the tention was so thick...I'm just came here to pick up my clothes. All alterations are sent out??? really??? I'll just find one that can do it all. No wait, no line, no rush...I wonder why????

Going to a wedding and I lost my shirts didn't care to find them for me they don't do the cleaning on premises so don't take your close there if you want them back the same day

Terrible and disrespectful service from Brenda a Loud mouth and with a poor customers servie ethics. Rude a careless on top of everything. I went in to have a bad job done by their personnel in cleaning a dress shirt . When I brought the item to be cleaned I pointed to the clerk areas that have stains on it to be take in care. Unfortunately she did not put a tape to mark the areas. Now the stains are cook in the fabric.They ruined a new dress shirt and instead to try to resolved, she try to blame me for their mistake.
Please don't use this place. Take your garments to a better pleace than this CARELESS ESTABLISHMENT.
