I brought a brand new suit coat to have the arms shortened by 3/4 of an inch. She said that it would take a week. When we got the coat back the sleeves were 3 in short. When we brought the jacket back she said they did not give refunds only store credit. Would anyone really come back to a cleaner that made that big of a mistake that they weren't able to correct. We will never go back again

This place is terrible. This will be my last time giving them a chance. They are still under Covid hours when other businesses in the area have gone back to normal hours. Even with their posted hours you never know when they will be open. Today they are supposed to open at 8:00am. It's now 8:30 and no one is here. How do you run a business like this ? Needing clothes for a business meeting and sitting here waiting for someone to arrive. Poor service and just slack lazy. No one this store can stay open much longer as 3 other customers came and left while I've been sitting here. Every time I've tried to use this business they have never opened the doors on time or they left early. I'm done!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!! Worse place ever. My husband starting taking his clothes here along with a few of my pieces of clothes. Every shirt we received back was stretched so bad around the neck, a few of his shirts were stained. I would not recommend!!!!

They do a good job but pricey and when I ask why they seemed more expensive the employee just told me its because of the area. SMH

hwe just move to this part of town, so we had to look for a new a dry cleaning service. I when there because of the 25% discount. The lady at the counter is far from helpful. I have 2 bag of clothes, they were both heavy, she ask me to put it on the counter for her which I did. she never thank me, and when I return to pick up my clothes, I ask if there is someone when can help me load the clean cloth in my SUV. She promptly told me " we only do that over there" pointing to the drive through lane. she promptly when back to playing with her phone. Note that I had just spend over $170 of dry cleaning in this one and only visit. I asked her if she can give me the owner's phone number, which she said she does not have. My previous dry cleaner in Humble area would come to my car to help unload my clothing bags and help load my clean clothes in my car without being asked. note that he was the owner of the cleaner. frankly I will never go back there again.

Good cleaning and laundry service. Do have to tell them when a button needs to be replaced and service is not warm.

We are so glad SK Cleaners moved to the Cypresswood location! The service is great, the owner is friendly and very helpful. My husband and I like the hours they are open. We both recommend this place.

I just moved into area and found these folks. I loved this location at first because of the convenient drive-thru and drop-off ability but after meeting the staff, I really cant say I would try or go anywhere else. They have great hours, awesome turn around time and I always feel like I am being taken good care of. Their prices are reasonable, they are centrally located and always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.
