I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Channing, to open my savings account. From her greeting me, until she finished the process. Even walking me through the virtual teller steps. She was so very kind, all with a smile. I hope to work with her, again.

Hold put on debit card. No email or text sent. Not a problem with the balance and the charge in question has been verified as legit. Has been a week trying to get the card unblocked or a new card. Keep getting the run-around. Can't do it in the lobby, call. Phone people say I have to go to the lobby. So I guess now I pull the money and find a new bank.

Came in and although it was super busy and there weren’t many employees but Channing took the time to work out a time for us to come in and get a loan. She was extremely professional and had a great attitude. She was attentive to my needs and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Due to her great work ethic and attitude I decided to choose smart financial to finance my new car. Channing deserves a raise!

The employees at the bank are wonderful. The service is great at the bank, the policies that they have decided to use to customers who have been with them for 35 years are unacceptable.

I deleted my rating because they needed a explanation on why. Just like Rhonda they took 30 dollars because a payment didn't go through. But what's crazy is they did it 3 times. So that's 90 dollars in fee. They said I have to come in to sign an overdraft protection or whatever. Why can you not do it online or over the phone? Why do I need to come in? It's quite ridiculous if you ask me. When you reach out to them on the app no one responds backs in a timely matter. Over 24 hours to respond? Not very professional if you ask me. I sent the message at 10 something in the morning and they respond the next day at 4 something in the afternoon. After this I will be looking for another bank because this bank does not look out for their customers. Over 8 years of being with them and multiple chances with them I'm just done with it.
