I was headed to the checkout & there was no line .... I said hello to the lady behind counter ... no response ... as she was texting on her phone & wouldn't assist me until she was done with her text conversation..... I literally stood there waiting for her to finish her texting until she assisted me ....unbelievable! As i was completing my transaction .... I said "thank you" no response ....?

Not sure who the young lady was working last night but she was wonderful very friendly. The store is clean prices are great I found everything I needed for my stocking stuffers. We will continue purchasing items from your store

Awful. Stood in front of the bourbon for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. The employees were just standing around laughing and yelling. I didn’t see them help one customer. Very disappointing. You have forced to visit total wine for now on.
