Had my son’s first haircut and it couldn’t have gone better! They were so thoughtful and experience shows. I always get my hair cut here and now will for my kids too!

Avoid Kerri at all cost! The laziest haircut I have ever received, this person has cut my hair a couple times and it’s always something. She is petty, and rude! She makes you feel as if you’re inconveniencing her. The place overall is great, just avoid this lady!

I set an appointment on the app today with Mrs. E. My regular barber was not there but my son needed a cut and Mrs. E had cut it before. I let my son out the car and I went to park I came in a few minutes later my eight year old was still sitting in the chair and Mrs. E was standing with her arms folded and she said you set an appointment with me I said yes for my son she said I “heard” you didn’t like me I said not sure where that came from but this is business. Mind you I’m very low toned and her voice was elevated so everyone could hear. This is mother’s day weekend so the store was not empty and had about 5 workers and a few had customers in the chair. I went to sit down and she said well I can refuse service. I was taken back me and this lady had never had words before now I have observed her being rude to customers and staff before and I have only expressed it to my barber but her and I have never exchanged words. So for her to refuse service for my 8 year old was beyond me and very unprofessional. Then she proceeds to yell NEXT. Then she says very loudly someone needs to come cut his hair talking “at” the staff we are African American and I can understand why the ladies may have felt uncomfortable trying to figure out how to cut his hair. However when I noticed my barber was not there I scheduled it with Mrs. E because she had cut his hair before but she did not put notes in the computer so the ladies had no idea what to do. I have never in my life experienced service like this. What is wrong with people in 2025? She should be so glad I’m soft spoken and non-confrontational because this could have went another way. I would not recommend her at all. I get my hair cut here bi-weekly because it’s convenient

My son always comes home with a bad haircut from this location. I decided to go see for myself this time and unfortunately it was the same situation. The stylist did not like that I was watching her give my son a haircut, not sure why if it’s my child. She rushed through his cut and it was bad again. I told her to fix some parts that I did not like and it did not help. Today when I see his hair dry it looks awful and it’s not the parts I told her to fix. She didn’t even look at his cut after she finished. My son will not be returning to this location no matter how close it is.

We've never had issues until today and been clients for years. My son came in today for a haircut and HD 2 profiles in the computer. He selected one and when he sat with the stylist she let him know the date of the last haircut. He said it wasn't correct, he had been in last year and wanted the same cut as then and how he must have selected the wrong profile and asked her to look at the other. She argued and said the profiles were merged and this was the last time he was in (2020).
Had she taken a moment to look at the other profile she would have seen thr more recent cut. Instead, she took the lazy route and cut based off his cut from 5 years ago and he left very disappointed. The stylist was not friendly and made zero effort to make sure she knew what type of cut he wanted.
We will be looking for somewhere else to go if this is not corrected.
