We stored our RV here for nearly 4 years. Very reasonably priced, no rodents/insects/etc, concrete pads inside, gravel outside (better for trailer tires), 24 hr access, and near 99. I would highly recommend.

I've stored my travel trailer here for 14 years in an outside spot. They are very affordable. The few times I've interacted with the managers have been very pleasant. They have a dump station/ wash down area on site which is very uncommon for a storage facility. The roads are a little rough and the weeds get out of control sometimes.

I'm not sure what the experience was of the other reviewer, but we've stored our travel trailer at this facility for 14 years. We started with an open space, then moved to a covered spot near the front, then a few years ago into an enclosed space. We also rent an open spot for our utility trailer. The few interactions I've had with the onsite folks have been pleasant. The driveways are not paved, so they could be in better shape, but the rates are very reasonable. We are on the wait list for a larger enclosed space for our new travel trailer.

This place is run by a bunch of alcoholics.As recommended in the Yellow Pages Review, stay away from this business and if a current customer, move your belongings to a more professional and safer Storage Facility.
