I came to this T-Mobile after another T-Mobile store didn’t want to help me with a new phone for my account. Jacob did an excellent job, and he helped me with everything that I needed and provided me with more information, 100% recommend.

I will specifically drive an extra 20 minutes to get to this store because the service here is so much better. It's a still a phone store so get ready for the slow moving process of setting up a new phone, crunching numbers, and waiting around if you come in when they already are busy, etc but the STAFF has been so much more knowledgeable and helpful than other t-mobile stores I've visited. The set up is nice too as there's comfortable couches to sit on while waiting.

My family and I switched 3 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile and our experience at this location was phenomenal. Crystal at this location was so helpful and patient! Her customer service is the best I’ve ever received. Very happy we switched and Crystal made that process so smooth. 10/10

Took my perfectly working phone to swap out the Sprint SIM card with T Mobile SIM card. Associate said my phone might slow down after the swap. Now my phone can’t connect to the network at all! Went back to the store and another associate said my phone must be broken. Didn’t offer any help. Told me to go to Best Buy to get my phone fixed. But it worked fine before I changed the SIM card.

Fast service, reasonable price for what I was looking for, compared to AT&$$$. The other company wanted 100.00 a month for unlimited Hotspot. T-Mobile is $50.Soooo, so far so good ??
