I had a warranty exchange, and Mikey was super helpful. The cost was only 5$, and he sat with me doing the swap, never being rushed. He answered all a lot of my questions regarding phones I was interested in. He was very honest regarding promotions and which ones are better for me and which ones are not. I ordered my Z Flip 5, and without Mikey, I would probably not even have looked at that one, having previous notions that turned out wrong. Now I'm super excited. I have had the 2nd generation Z Flip for years and was hesitant on the new ones screen.I had been to a different location recently, and the difference in customer service is huge. This is the one to go to for friendly, honest service. The actual location is super convenient, and the inside is very clean and organized.I have been with t-mobile for 16 years, and I have been to many different stores over the years. This one is a winner.

My order was ready very quick which I appreciate, but they did not give me my SIM information for cellular service they just gave me the phone without service. So I had to go to another T-mobile to activate it and basically wasted my whole day.

We recently switched from another carrier to T-Mobile and am very happy we worked with Miggy throughout the whole process. Miggy patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns about the latest promotions and features of the plans that T-Mobile offered. Miggy also left it up to us to decide if we wanted to switch and was never pushy......this is a quality I wish more reps had. I even threw him a curve ball in the process, and Miggy quickly readjusted and handled everything with ease. If you happen to stop by this particular T-Mobile store....ask for Miggy!

Had no issues at all. Greeted promptly by Maurice and he made my son feel welcomed. Discussed all of his options. Settled on a phone and plan to fit his budget. Spent all the time necessary so my son was fully informed. Great customer service in my opinion. Thank you Maurice

My experience with the assistant manager David was great, he was knowledgeable about the products, processes and provided great customer service. Today October 5 2023 my experience was terrible. There was no order for the number of people stood in the store for service, resulting with one of the agents randomly selecting someone, and being corrected on the proper order. Next I had to face a rather aggresive and short tempered agent, Miggy, who's delivery in communication was terrible, his professionalism was ever more shocking as I over heard him discussing my concerns with him to other customers. The countless times I have come to this store, I have never had such low quality in customer care.

Customer Service here is an embarrassment. I went in with my family to open/transfer service to T-Mobile. The salesperson was rude and “mouth offed” to me as I was looking at phones in front of my wife.After confronting him, he denied having said anything.I spoke to the store manager “David” and asked to finish the purchase, but he thought it was funny and then walked off.What has this world turn into, where a “salesperson” and “management” can freely treat customers this way. Zero accountability!!!Feel free to shop at this place if you want to be treated rudely!!

The manager Carmen was very un professional and was unwilling to help in any way. The store processed a warranty replacement and i was notified that the item was at the store. She refussed to give me my product and then gave me no option to resolve my problem other than telling me to leave. I had to call Corp and they processed what the store already had process weeks prior. She didn't care she wasted weeks of my time.

Let's just say I felt unwelcomed. l walked in, and no greetings or hellos. I hate poor customer service. I waited just to see if the sales associate would look up, but he didn't. I do understand he was with another customer. However, he kept looking down and unbothered by the fact that he heard a customer coming in. In my opinion, if you are wondering why you are not making any money, well, guess what? Y'all customer service at this location SUCKS!

THe female employee working at this location on the morning of 8.24.23 was extremely rude to my husband when he went to pick up a replacement phone. She rudely said it was not there without checking,. I'm on with T Mobile now and they confirmed the phone IS THERE. She is not only rude but incompetent at her job. Zero stars!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!!!!!! Do not and I mean do not trust this store! The employees blatantly lied to get a sale and now we are stuck with a high bill. We were offered and accepted a “free” phone, as well as a $200 gift card by the employees, for switching our service to T-MOBILE. Now, we are being charged $800 for the phone and no free gift card. All because the incompetent employees lied and tricked us into switching over to T-Mobile. I tried reaching out to the Manager, MyKeal, who assured me we were a top priority and then completely ignored all communication. These people are LIARS!!! Customer Support is no help either. They advised I send a complaint in. At this point, litigation is my only option.

Great experience! The team at this location is amazing. I stopped in after having a terrible experience with the Rayford rd. Location. The staff & manager here went above & beyond to resolve the problems created by the dishonest staff at Rayford rd. The experiences were night & day. Highly recommend!
