Avoid this location, save yourself the trouble and go to a proper corporate store.Switched to T-Mobile in December, and I've been met with nothing but disappointment. I was quoted a great price for my bill, but the actual bill was nearly 50% higher than I was told, not to mention I was set up with a service I never wanted. Before switching, I specifically asked if the device I was bringing from my old carrier (Google Pixel 7 PRO, 256GB) was covered under their insurance coverage with Assurant for both screen repairs and device replacements. The sales rep said yes, it's covered. I've now been without a working phone for 2 weeks due to Assurant denying my claim multiple times, and the store manager has done nothing to make it right. I went to a corporate location where they finally were able to properly escalate my claim.I was not told about promotions that I was eligible for within the first 30 days until my visit to a corporate location, so I missed out on those opportunities. I was given incorrect information on other promotions, which resulted in significantly less return value than what I was told. Even when visiting on one of my many visits recently to get any help possible with my Assurant claim, I had to wait around for location information for another location to visit because they just didn't know what to do and just stopped getting me the information while I waited.I also visited for issues with poor signal at our house despite their coverage map stating otherwise (we'd had sim cards swapped and it didn't help at all). The store manager told me he'd put a request in for a booster for my home, but it turns out it was never requested. The store manager at the corporate location I ended visiting when I wasn't helped at this one was able to confirm it was never done and was able to assist me in the end.Full regret on this one, lesson learned. Don't bother with authorized retailers, you risk being mislead and being offered no assistance when you have issues. Staff may be polite, but ultimately I was mislead and left to deal with everything on my own.

Highly recommend Nikki at the Sawdust location in Spring, Texas to take care of all your needs regarding phones, watches and tablets. Nikkiwent above snd beyond in her customer service and help in answering all of my questions. She was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable! You won't be disappointed!

This store is awesome. I walked in sleep deprived after work hoping to get some info on a new iPad to use for my son’s new communication device. The employees were actually super cool and even engaging with my autistic kid. They kept him entertained while I did the boring account things. We even left with a great deal on a smart watch for kids that allows him to call me and gives me his location. I really appreciate the patience they showed us and I feel better knowing my son is wearing a watch that gives me his location. The watch and the security is what I love most and the staff was all helpful and hilarious the entire time.
