No complaints. Food was good, service was fast. I just wish the app told me my food was ready. I arrived early and my food was ready early. But not a big deal.

Parking is awful. App order wasn’t even on the shelf when I arrived at the designated time. Had to ask for my drink cup. Then once I got back to my work to eat my sub was wrong. I will never set foot in this subway again and I recommend others avoid it as well. Terrible service.

The young man waiting on me needs more training in customer service and how to make sandwiches as well as appearance (no hair hanging all over the face and moe importantly OVER FOOD with no net). Will not return to this location I-45 and Cypresswood.

I placed an order in the app and about 5 minutes later I get a text from a random number asking if I had ordered from subway, I responded yes and immediately called the restaurant to figure out what was going on. They told me that because the phone number associated wasn’t from the same town they assumed it to be fraud and canceled the order. They said they called but I have unknown numbers silenced so I had no idea, plus I’ve never had to verify my identity to order a sandwich so I never would have thought to check. I was told that the food was made but I would need to pay for it again. I had used a discount to get as much as possible for my family and I and didn’t have the money to order again. I offered to pay again if I could get a slight discount and the manager just told me “take the food or don’t but you need to repay” it was so rude and humiliating. There was never an apology or an attempt to make the situation better. The manager was just rude for absolutely no reason after cancelling my order because I didn’t immediately call back.

The lady is very rude. I contacted her about the two foot-long I bought it was poorly made. It didn't taste like any other Subway I had.. Hispanic lady she was very rude. She act like she didn't care. I would never go there again.Dietary restrictions: Lots of great choices for veggies

I had the worst experience with the Subway on Cypresswood. Just FYI - if you live near me, go to another location. It's worth the drive cause the employees and owner (Jose), are the absolute worst! My experience below: I placed an online order to the subway located at 230 Cypresswood Dr. in Spring, TX on 02/16/23 for (5) 6 inch sandwiches. I had my daughter drive to pick up the order and she had the order number from the confirmation email. When she arrived and asked for the order, the 2 employees said they had given my order away to someone else that came in and supposedly had my order number. I have no idea how this could possibly occur! I called and spoke to an employee who gave me a fake name at first, but then found out her name was Adriene. She was extremely rude and gave me no resolution and told me that I was out of luck. They refused to give me the sandwiches or a refund. I was understandably upset, as I have made numerous orders in the past at other locations with zero issues. I asked to speak to a manager, in which they told me that there wasn't a manager on that shift, so they had the owner (Jose), call me. He was no help either and said that this has happened several times in the past, and has even happened to him. I was completely shocked that the customer service was this horrible and they had no remorse for my situation. The owner ended the conversation with his advice to call and dispute the charge with my bank. I ended up placing another order at another location and had to pay AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable! I am a local small business owner, and I could never imagine treating my customers this way. I know nothing will probably come of this, but I felt someone should know how bad the service is at this location.

It's a Subway. The staff is great, and the food is good. Nothing mind-blowing. Haven't had a bad sandwich yet.
