I've been coming to this salon for 3 years now. It is always clean, everyone is very friendly, and they all greet me by my name. Kathy has done my hair cut, color, highlights, & blowout. She does a great job with all. For days she's on vacation and I just can't wait either Jenny will fill in and do my hair and she does an excellent job as well. This has only happened once in my 3 years because I was getting ready to go on vacation too and couldn't wait. :). I recommend this salon and suggest you book an appointment. The earlier the better as she can get busy with walk-ins and it's best to avoid waiting.

Omg I haven’t had my hair cut since I was 13 I’m 21 now and let me tell you Ms.Jenny was amazing I love love love my hair 😭💕 I couldn’t be more happier making the decision to let Jenny do my hair and go to T and h and very great affordable pricing will definitely be coming back

Unbelievable. I knew when I walked in I should have asked what a trim to my daughter's hair would be They charged 60$ for 13 year old and left dead ends on Aug 31 2025 Sunday. My wife went there for same treatment haircut and paid 30$
Bunch of crooks to me
I ll be taking her to beauty express on Veterans memorial from now on

Friendly staff but i think the lady didn't know what a low fade was so i didn't get the haircut i wanted and asked for and after looking around while getting my messed up haircut realized that their clientele are mostly white folks with basic haircuts so it explains why they didn't know how to do my hair which was a simple low fade. I will not comeback.

It was a great experience. Kathy looked at example pictures of what my daughter wanted and listened to what we were looking for. My daughter loves her haircut! Kathy even gave us styling tips.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!
came in with straight, one length hair to my shoulders
asked for a straight trim - all one length - below my jaw
she proceeded to give me a STACKED BOB - I even stopped her and said "your not stacking it like yours right? it feels awfully short back there" oh, no no no .... the front was longer than the back. I said nooo. one length. all even. it's too late, it's too short - so she has to even it up and now it is stacked, to my ear like a BOB !!!!
They are refusing to own the mistake - and it was not a MISTAKE - it was blatant disregard for what I simply asked for.
not taking ownership is grossly telling of what kind of salon this is ---> it is NOT a good business and does not care about the customers request or experience.
I wear straight all one length hair - and she managed to screw up a simple couple inch trim.
basic haircut 101 and they can't pull it off nor own the accountability for it.
The man who I reported the issue too defended her and said he was sorry she must have misunderstood. Ya think ?! Weak excuse and unacceptable. Said no refund, they don't care.

THERE are not enough words in my vocabulary to give Kathy and T&H SPRING HAIR SALON high enough praise. It is not customary in the US anymore to receive excellent customer service. However, T&H offers this in spades.
The Receptionist is professional, respectful, and highly capable EVERYTIME!
My Hairstylist a kind and gentle soul. Her name is Kathy and she uses keen intuition and energetic expertise to provide high-end service from wash, to cut, to blow-dry, to style for a reasonable price. I'm 64 YOUNG years old and Kathy makes me look and feel my absolute beautiful best as I leave. I highly recommend Kathy and salon T&H SPRING HAIR SALON!
Requested style: I ask for a short shaggy PIXI cut - and showed her a picture of the cut I wanted. I got what I asked for! Fantastic!
Hair type: I have full, volumous hair everywhere on my head except right on the top in the middle where a fairly large area is very thin. It takes stict attention to layering to keep me from appearing bald or like I am combing it over to cover a bald spot. Kathy does a meticulous job picking up small strands of hair to create thin layers that appear more full and create heighth!

I recently visited this salon and had a truly terrible experience. Jenny was my hairdresser, and unfortunately, things went downhill from the start. I specifically asked for my roots to be colored and a few highlights added in the front. However, Jenny completely ignored my request to color the roots and only did the highlights. When I politely mentioned this miscommunication, she became defensive and started raising her voice, saying she didn't have time for me. As if that wasn't bad enough, she then had the audacity to insult my hair, claiming it looked like it came straight out of a color box. Needless to say, this was the worst salon experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Update: False Advertisement He first offered nothing, not even a sincere apology. That is when I wanted a refund. He said no - we will cut your haircafain when it grows out Now he just called me again and offered: you come to store after we close, we will give you $25 refund, and after your hair grows back, you come back and we will cut it again. He also stated "it's not what you asked for but it's a good haircut" Seriously??!! LoL !!!! This is not a professional salon. He wanted to be insulted that I used a cuss word but I am not to be insulted by his poor unprofessional business practices and inability to honor his own public advertisements. _________original post below________________________ DO NOT GO HERE !!!
