Mounted badly my splash shield (which ripped itself off one day after the oil change) and mounted poorly the oil filter (which started leaking).

Cold day 48* only these two and several cars.
They stayed positive through it all.
*We stopped at two other locations trying to get emissions and oil change, 242 and Loop 336 could not help. 242 emissions guy was off on Sunday.
Loop 336 the machine was broken. We drop tried find 1488 location and stubbled across this one GLAD we did!

Excellent job as usual! My car battery died in the bay and the gentlemen working on my car gave me a charge so I could make it to an auto store and get a new battery! Great crew of young men!

Long wait, two mechanics, and four or five cars waiting. I’ve been going to this location for many years and for the last few years the wait times have been between thirty minutes and an hour. Oil changes took thirty minutes, inspections took 30 to 45 minutes, emissions tests took 20 minutes, and that is after waiting to get in. Each time, they have been terribly understaffed. Might be looking for someplace different soon. There is no 5 minute anything at this location.

Gerado and the team always take care of us! 10 out of 10!
Being an alumnist of Jiffy Lube and an all around grease monkey I can say that these folks are beyond sufficient at handling my oil change (and minor maintenance) needs.
It’s cheaper to do it yourself for sure but it’s a pain without a lift and undesirable to have my car on jack stands in the drive way 😂
I also don’t want to have to mess with oil disposal.
I’m happy to pay for the convenience.

I went there for a quick car inspection, no lines and the two guys that took care of me were very nice and friendly. One of them had a very similar car as mine so we had a good conversation about its performance.
