This used to be my go to as fast and friendly. Last 2 times they couldn’t do a simple oil change as was told they couldn’t do as boss not there. Please just close if you can’t perform core biz.

The guys were very nice! However, They cannot change a cabin filter without messing up the lights, stripping the screws and then the glove box doesn't close correctly now. I understand my car is a difficult filter to change. Before they changed it, they ensured me they could and knew how. Well, that wasn't exactly true. Finally I just said forget the light since you stripped the screws and can't change it now. Going forward, everyone needs to know how to change the cabin filters through the glove box on if your car needs this m. I left with a glove box that doesn't close correctly and a non working light and stripped out screws for future cabin filters through replacements. I'm pretty laid back, but I'm not sure I'll ever let them change my cabin filter again. I kind of feel like that service should've been done for free and I only paid for the part or It to infinity and have it fixed correctly Since there was nothing wrong with it before I got to take five

ARRIVED AT THIS LOCATION TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND FLUSH.. WHEN THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE STREET AND ALL OF ENGINE LIGHTS TURNED ON AND THE VEHICLE STARTED SHAKING VIOLENTLY.. I THEN "U-TURNED" BACK AND CALLED THE LOCATION I JUST LEFT FROM AND I ADVISED THE MALE ON THE PHONE WHO I WAS AND THAT I JUST LEFT AND DID NOT EVEN GET HALFWAY DOWN THE STREET AND ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH BOARD TURNED ON AND THE VEHICLE DASHBOARD WAS ALERTING ME THE LAND ROVER IS OVERHEATING OVER AND OVER.
THE MALE ON THE PHONE ADVISED ME TO QUICKLY BRING THE VEHICLE BACK. MY VEHICLE COMPLETELY SHUT OFF AND DIED ON THEIR VEHICLE BAY JUST AS I WAS PULLING IT IN. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS IN ON THEIR BAY THEY ADVISED ME TO FILL OUT A DAMAGE FORM THAT WAS COMPLETED ONCE I OBTAINED IT AND I RETURNED IT RIGHT BACK TO HIM ON THE SPOT. THE BLACK MALE MECHANIC THEN TOLD ME TO TRY TO CRANK BACK ON THE VEHICLE, I THEN STATED TO HIM HE CAN DO IT BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY FURTHER DAMAGE DONE TO IT. AFTER HE ATTEMPTED TO TRY TO TURN IT ON TWO TIMES THE VEHICLE SOUNDED AWFUL AND KEPT SHUTTING OFF AND WHITE SMOKE WAS EVERYWHERE.,
I WAS THEN PROVIDED A NUMBER FOR A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF "TRISH" WHO IS IN CHARGE AND OVERSEES THESE ISSUES.. AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HER EVERYTHING THAT OCCURRED SHE THEN STATED TO ME SHE WILL KEEP ME UPDATED.
AFTER SOME TIME I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM ONE OF THE MALE EMPLOYEES AT THIS TAKE-FIVE LOCATION, HE ADVISED ME THE VEHICLE IS UP AND WORKING GOOD NOW. HE STATED TO ME THEY HAD AN OVERNIGHT "CREW" COME WORK ON THE LANDROVER.. (EVEN THOUGH I NEVER GAVE CONSENT TO THIS. NONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES ARE LAND ROVER MECHANICS SO I AM UNSURE HOW THEY WOULD ASSUME THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING..)
I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY LANDROVER AND I CALLED TRISH AND ADVISED HER I AM BRINGING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC DONE ON IT OUT OF MY OWN EXPENSE DUE TO NONE OF THE STAFF AT TAKE5OILCHANGE BEING CERTIFIED MECHANICS TO WORK ON LAND ROVERS TO CLAIM ITS JUST FIXED.
AFTER THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS FINISHED AT LANDROVER I WAS ADVISED THERE IS NOW A CHEMICAL LEAKAGE WITHIN THE VEHICLE AND NOW THE LANDROVER OVER HEATS FOR NO REASON AT ALL.. WHICH THE OVERHEATING ISSUE FIRST OCCURRED AT TAKE5 WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY HOME AFTER THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED.
BEWARE... IF YOU HAVE A HIGH END LUXURY VEHICLE DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEM. THERE ARE EMPLOYEES HERE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE TO WORK ON CERTAIN VEHICLES. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT AND THEY WILL HAVE A LITTLE CORRUPT LEGAL TEAM READY TO ARGUE YOU DOWN TO EXCUSE THEMSELVES FROM ANY WRONG DOING.
I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPENT THE EXTRA BUCK $. NOW MY LAND ROVER IS NOT DRIVABLE ANYMORE..
