4 stars for oil change and speedy service.
0 stars for up-selling an unneeded service and topping off with the wrong coolant!
0 stars for not being able to call the shop about this and only having a call center tell me they would call me back. They have not.
I used to go to this location for all of my oil changes. About 2 years ago I bought a new car with a service plan and have been going to the dealership for service but it takes several hours. I decided to stop in here for a quick change.
The manager on duty assured me he was familiar with my subaru and knew where the oil drain was located. He then tried to sell me a coolant flush on my 2 year old car because the reservior was empty. I declined and confirmed coolant top off was in the service I was buying but he warned that my car could overheat.
When I got home and did a quick inspection, I realized he had topped off my reservoir with green coolant on a system that uses blue only. I was luckily able to pump out the green fluid and replace with the correct kind. Mixing coolants can definitely result in sludge and overheating.
I will resume performing service and maintenance myself from now on.
* I also just remembered that the last time I got an oil change here 2+ years ago, they grossly overfilled my oil because the extraction pump did not extract very much if the oil. Again an issue I caught in the post service inspection.

The service was horrible, there were 2 young people serving but it seemed like they were sleeping, they didn't even say hello, they only asked for my credit card and when they closed the car hook they didn't check if the oil level was correct or not, they only changed the oil and hopefully the oil filter, previously they were professional people who not only changed the oil but also made recommendations, checked the fluids, air and oil filters, wiper blades and so on. I will not use this place again for the maintenance of my cars.

I have been getting my oil changed here for 4 years with almost no problems however with constant change in management and staff major problems have arisen. I have been forced to take my business elsewhere!!!
