Waited 1 hour before I even received my service, I do not recommended this place! The guy who finally came to help me out! Kept taking breaks to check out his phone. DO NOT COME HERE! Total wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes

The services here are wonderful. The techs are great and get you taken care of. The manager there Diondre is awesome he took time to show me a cabin filter inside my car that I didn't have a clue about at all. He also checked my windshield wipers, aired my tires and topped of all of my fluids, that shows he values his customers. Mind you I have gone to several other Take 5's and never received this kind of great customer service!! I will forever be a customer here at this location. Here I can feel confident in knowing that my car is well taken care of. Thanks Mr. Diondre

My son took his 2017 VW Jetta for an oil change and asked for a conventional oil change. The service writer Darous told him that they don't do conventional oil changes at Take 5 and Diondre the MOD agreed. The only option available was $100. He did it because he felt obligated. So instead of getting an oil change for less than $50 he was charged $108. This included a four dollar shop service charge which on the invoice looks like it was for absolutely nothing other than padding the bill. In my opinion, this is pretty damn sad that they would take advantage of a young person who is taking his first car for its first oil change. Shame on them. This tech needs to be reprimanded and a refund should be offered to make up for the unnecessary extra charges for fully synthetic and the extra $4. This is not the first time I've heard this about Take 5. I'd recommend going anywhere else.

Needed my inspection sticker and I can't say enough about the hardworking guys here. They brought me a water to my car and were super friendly. Give these guys a raise! It's hot out here and they are still smiling and offering water.

Manager is an absolute a**hole! The only place I have taken my car to is take 5 and when I went to get an oil change today, they told me they couldn't open my hood because someone broke a part in it. UHHHH it was obviously y'all. I literally have the last take 5 little sticker on my windshield still. The manager reached into my car through the window and unlocked my door, opened it, and tried to pop my hood open again without asking. i was on the phone with my mom and was unable to tell him to stop but the mother f*coker knew better. They told me to go across the street to fix it then come back. They also would not let me move forward and put a cone in front of me just to be petty. I ended up having to back up even though it wasn't safe. F*ck y'all and i hope all of y'all's cars don't start c*nts

While there was just one car ahead of me, I wasted 25 minutes of my time till they told me they could not do it for another 20 minutes!In detail:As a loyal Take 5 Oil change customer for five years, I have always been impressed with their quick and respectful service. However, my recent experience at their store in East Texas was beyond disappointing.I arrived at the store with my two-year-old child at 6:01 pm, and despite there being only two other cars in the store, I had to wait for 19 minutes in my car before asking if they would attend to my car soon. I had an appointment at 7:00 pm and had to drive 14 minutes to get there, so I asked if they could do the service in the next 20 minutes or so. To my surprise, they replied with a "probably not," even though there was only one other car there, and no one else was behind me.I can't help but wonder if the staff at this particular Take 5 Oil change store were tired, lazy, or didn't care about providing quality service to their customers. Regardless of the reason, their lack of concern and unwillingness to provide timely service has left me highly disappointed.As a loyal customer who has been to Take 5 Oil change stores in different locations throughout East Texas, I expected better. I am now reconsidering whether to continue using their services and will not recommend this particular store to anyone in the future.

Took my wife's car in a couple months ago and they didn't replace the dip stick all the way. After a week of her mentioning an oil smell, we raised the hood and found the problem. I took my car in today and they said "we recommend putting 3 pounds more air in the times than the manufacturer recommends. I said NO, I want my tires at 35 psi. I have 3 at 38 and one at 39?!?? I won't be back.

Employees seems friendly enough but they're severely understaffed or they're just slow. I've been waiting in a bay over 30 minutes for an oil change now. I usually recommend take 5 as the last time I went they gave me and my family drinks while we waited but this is a very different experience from my initial one. I'd suggest a different location. Will update when I actually get my oil changed.*update* so let's start off with the 26.99 oil change they have advertised, which is strictly for "older cars" Why even advertise it if it isn't available to every customer?? Oil change itself took about 25 minutes, which defeats the name "Take 5" Save your sanity & time and go somewhere else or to a different location.

Reader beware: Amazing pattern of behavior across the company. Attempted to contact company and this location following a filter installed correctly and leaking badly. Told by "manager" that "they would need to review the video" as is the case in most of the complaints I have seen. Also told "the owner does not talk to customers" - which seem like the lowest level of concern and transparency I have ever experienced. Along 2920 there are several oil change options...and for the money I could have had a dealer do the change.

I really dread doing anything with my car, especially tires and oil changes. I had come across this place on my travels and sounded like they were pretty quick so I pulled up. They gave me excellent service! Corbin and Diondre were so nice and helpful. I got to wait in my car while they did the oil change and they did something that no other change company has ever done-they checked my cabin air filter. Turns out an animal got in there and ate part of the filter and left droppings that I have been breathing in for God knows how long ...it looked like no one ever touched it and I noticed now my car cools down much better now that it's been replaced. They made sure to give me a new sticker and reset my oil indicator which a lot of places seem to forget to do. They also topped my fluids and checked my tires, suggesting a rotation after I explained how much I drive. Thank you so much guys, I will be returning for my next oil change!

Mason and the team here are phenomenal, top notch service. I'm a fanatic about my car and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly, super informative and I even got a free ice cold bottle of water.

**WARNING ** Do not use Take 5 Oil Change. A little over a month ago my daughter took her car in to have the oil changed as soon as the office changed she started vehicle and drove out only for her car to begin to sputter and idle extremely rough. She drove about a quarter of a mile down the road in the car stopped running. I went and met up with her got in the car I was able to get it started and running enough to get it home. The very next morning I took it to our trusty mechanic. They informed me this was the fourth or fifth car they have seen recently from Take 5 and the others didn't have a drop of oil in them. When she told me that my butt puckered. After a few minutes the mechanic came out and informed me that they over filled the oil by about 3 quarts. We were lucky because it could have been much worse. Just beware these quick oil change companies are in such a hurry they forget to do their job like they're supposed to. Oh yeah I contacted the location that did the oil change the technician that actually came out to inspect her car after it died agreed and said that they would give her a full refund of her money. Well the store manager jumped in and said that was not gonna happen until they reviewed the video and he would contact me in a few days after he and the district manager had time to review the video evidence. After more than a week I returned a call to him only to be told that they were NOT going to refund the money and that video evidence showed clearly that they put the proper amount of oil in her car. Nothing but a big lie...... Buyer beware.

I clearly asked for mix blend oil change and they charged me for synthetic. My brother comes here all the time and he says it comes up to $25 with mix blend I drive a Hyundai not a bmw my total came up to be $86.81. Also my brother called one of the workers and said I asked for synthetic when I clearly said mix blend for $25. I would love a refund .

I came here for a car inspection, and it was extremely quick and easy. I literally never took a step out of my car and the guys helping me were extremely kind. I passed my inspection and went on my way in the span of about 10-15 minutes. I wouldn't mind going for an inspection every year if it can be that swift and easy. Will be returning.
