No one can be found in the Technology department kept using the sensor thingy no response, called the store to take me to the technology department phone also no response I wanted to exchange my game because some lady had gotten me the wrong one and I had to come back, the same lady who had gotten me the wrong game told me to go to customer service, I come back she’s no where to be found clearly she hates her job. I got someone else from a different department to help me out they were really helpful.

This rating is for every employee at that location that I have ever dealt with! The customer service is excellent, always! I can ask where anything is & they immediately know the isle or personally walk me to it! Thank you for making this Target my favorite store, ever!

Next time, just go to Walmart, better hours, and since employees are icky and unhelpful, at least get the item for cheaper.

I experience the absolute worst profiling at this store today. I’m here visiting family, so I’m very unfamiliar with the store. I picked up a few items and as I’m walking around with them in my hand, I noticed this guy keeps popping up wherever I go. I work in retail so I already know what he’s doing. After I checked out and get outside, I noticed there was a cop car sitting at the exit/entrance of the store. I continued to walk to my car, he pulls off as I get into my car. Had I not needed the things that I purchased I would’ve put them back and not spend a dime in there. I’m a Target credit card holder, and after today it’s sad to say the I will never shop at a Target again. The balance on my card will be paid in full and never use again!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

Thomas was a great employee, i was with my baby and wore a 2pac shirt and he recommended a 2pac baby book that i ended up purchasing. He knew all the information about the store also, great guy!!

Always have issues getting gift card promotions with items. I've had to go to customer service a few times to get things sorted and actually receive the gift card advertised on the items. Otherwise I love target! They just need to deal with what the sign says vs what the bar code on the sign tells the employees.
