Worse customer service , is better for them to call you , if you call their are ever available you can spend at least 20 minutes waiting and if you got chance to talk to someone they will ask you bunch of questions even you call back from them call you will be disappointed . Also when you deposit your check if if is a big amount don't expect it sooner than 3 days also be lucky to have it all .

Diana was very great at her customer service with me and I definitely highly recommend for anyone looking to opening a banking account with her and in general with tdecu as they have good business relationships with their customers.

Horrible service poor customer service at this branch. Made an appointment and went early to be seen and they had no one at the branch to not be able to be seeing to open an account. They never want to work and they are always changing staff. I rather make the drive to another branch to be honest. Zero stars if I could

Horrible customer service and lethargic employees. My overall experience with TDECU has been amazing. That is at other locations. I would highly suggest that the corporate office should mystery shop this location.

this is more for all TDECU customer service. the people i have to call and talk to do not sound very intelligent. i also have to wait long times to talk to anyone.

I was a Bank of America child born and raised. As I got older, I had the occasional slump... Missed a payment. .over draft. I could count all those times with one hand over my 10+ years with BoA. Each time, I had to BEG BoA to have them waive a fee. The amount of work I had to go through was ludicrousYajahira here single handily reminded me that dealing with a bank doesn't have to feel like pulling teeth out. She single handily will keep me with TDECU. I can not stress how helpful and wonderful she's been with all my questions and queries .10/10 employee

Can't ever just pay my loan over the phone. It's always an issue. Literally refusal to accept payments! Will NEVER do business with Tdecu AGAIN!If you're looking for a good credit union go to ufcu

Small branch. Not enough employees. Glad they have a Spring location now, but they don't have the capacity to help more than one or two people at a time. I've been back multiple times and was told the wait to speak to a loan officer was over an hour. Wouldn't to this branch for major transactions.
