I’ve been to this smoke shop several times with no issues. However today, I purchased a geek bar and when I opened the package in the store to try the vape, I was immediately taken back by the lack of flavor it had. I purchased the “Miami mint” flavor which I have had several times before. I had my boyfriend try it and he said it didn’t taste right either. Then my boyfriend’s sister tried it and said it was nasty too. There was barely a hint of mint flavor. The sales guy tried it and said “taste like mint to me” and then had the other guy working there try it and the other guy agreed that it tasted fine. I have had this specific geek bar flavor several times and told them that it didn’t taste right and their excuse was “maybe it’s a different batch”. Also to add, from the 6 puffs that were taken the battery dropped by 11% which shouldn’t happen?? To me, this is a faulty vape all the way around. But this smoke shop obviously doesn’t care if their customers get a good product, they just want your money. Any other smoke shop I’ve been to would have replaced it if the customer had a complaint about the quality or given a discount on a new vape to make up for the issue. To summarize, I will no longer give this shop my business.

This place is my go to vape shop I go to. I have a couple of shops near my house but I rather deal with the guys from here. The prices are on point as well, and lots of products to choose from. Love this shop!

If I could I would give this Vape store a 10 star rating. I strongly recommend this place. Have everything you could want and more. Great Customer Service, great products and great prices. Far more reasonable prices than some of the other nearby establishments, especially the recently reopened one at 45/Louetta. Good selection of products and friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff.
