BUYERS BEWARE!!! There is absolutely no exchange policy!!! Purchased $100+ worth of merchandise, included were this pair of glasses. Pulled them out the same day and the lenses had already popped off. Brought the glasses with my receipt less than a week after purchase. was simply told by the manager Jocelyn “nope, there’s nothing we can do”. If I am unable to even just do an exchange for faulty merchandise there is no reason for me to give Children’s place my business. The Target next door would’ve taken my item no problem.

Made a purchase $11.88 in Irving, Texas. Missed the return DEADLINE by 6 days due to family illness, hospitalization and surgery, recovery. My bad, BUT THE CHILDREN"S PLACE store policy would not simply give a STORE CREDIT to purchase ANYTHING that would fit. Instead the offer was an exact exchange for a different size of what was purchased - WHICH WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. How can that make any sense what-so-ever? I also picked up an online order when ATTEMPTING the return. WHEN the store has more than ONE employee, and my girls are not with me, I plan to go back and return the online order $48ish and NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! Why? Because i did contact customer service via email and received NO REPLY. There are TOO MANY options for shopping to make a customer want to continue to shop with an organization that DOES NOT VALUE their loyal clientele and is willing to lose a customer for so little effort to reconcile a problem.

I came into the store for an online pickup. My cellphone was dead so I didn't have the pickup email. Even with my ID they were unable to find my order. I spent about 30 minutes waiting on them to get around to getting my order. I rarely shop here anymore and now I remember why.

Store says open at 9 am when I arrived at 9:13am store hours on door says open at 10am. Very disappointed

Been in store for a long time today , and it was VERY HOT ! Everybody was complaining . Then the manager(Valeria) was VERY RUDE. Rolling eyes and sighing really loud . Couple with ignoring us and talking to the associate in Spanish. She kept talking smack in Spanish as well. My sister had to tell her that she can talking to us directly instead of talking to the associate in Spanish. Then I HAD to legit check her on her attitude. I definitely let her know her attitude stinks and her customer service is trash. She finally apologized to my sister and blamed it on being “hot and dealing with customers “. Like how are you the manager and you lack good customer service ??? . Really doesn’t make sense to me …

We went to this location to pick up an online order. We were greeted kindly and promptly as soon as we entered the store. The customer service was excellent and the wait time to be serviced and pick up our order was only maybe a couple of minutes. It was very efficient and enjoyable!!! We will definitely shop in store at this location and continue to have our online orders sent here too!!! Plus, the location is much more convenient and has easier access than going to the location inside the mall!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in to pick up an online order, I told an employee at the counter politely I was here to pick up my order and the employee didn't even look up at me and she rolled her eyes and didn't acknowledge me for a couple of minutes. Won't come to this location again.

Terrible exchange policies. If you get or give anything from here as a gift make sure you include the receipt. The name on their clothes and tag still on are clearly not enough.

It's Sunday at 1:30pm, and the doors to the store are locked, no one is inside. I tried calling the store number and no one answers. Business hours listed on the door are Sunday 12-6pm, and also the website. There's not even a sign on the door, explaining why they're not open today.

The Spanish lady working there today at 12pm was RUDE to my mother!!!!! We had spent $150 this afternoon on uniforms and had to turn back around because the cashier didn’t ring up some headbands that i put on top of my clothes i was purchasing. When my mother went back in to get them the long was all the way to the bathroom & my mom asked everyone in line if it was ok she skips to just buy 1 headband the lady DIDNT RING UP, everyone was ok with it except her. She told my mom to get in the back of the line & my mom informed her everyone was ok with it she forgot to her ring up the headband. The lady was Sooooo Nasty & rude my mom had to record her. My asked her “so your going to be nasty?” And she response was “YES i am !” Like why even work & take your anger out on customers who don’t have a problem. Clearly your head wasn’t in the right space to be attending to customers trying to get their kids ready for school. She then just left the counter and went to the back. Please get rid of this employee!
