After long conversations with the company, since 2023, I finally bit the bullet and purchased one of their robust HVAC systems. Had a 6:00pm meeting with Alan Cordoba, he was punctual, we had a long discussion of the benefits his company privides, along with the equipment, warranties, installation expectations, etc. By long conversation, I mean, he's still sitting across for me in my kitchen, lol. He was very thorough with the information, very open and honest, answered all my questions and concerns. He won me over and earned my business. Great guy. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with the Sales Representative, Ivan. All around excellent communication, very informative and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. The only reason for not giving a five star rating had to do with the group that did the installation. The wrong parts were provided so part of the installation had to be redone and I had to call a few times to confirm appointment times. Overall very good and experience. All issues were resolved timely.

Mark Swearingen provided excellent service during our AC and heater maintenance. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. Mark identified a faulty gas component that could have become a serious issue, and it was fully covered, which was greatly appreciated. He also replaced the air filters and ensured the system was operating efficiently.
He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. I would personally request Mark for future service and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

The installers were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up the areas when they were done. They gave us helpful about our new system a nm d made sure everything worked efficiently. The post inspection was also very thorough and he said the installation of our new system was excellent. Ours was a totally new system installation.

Chill Brothers is absolutely our go-to place for AC or heating needs. We have been using them for a few years and it is obvious to us why they have grown so quickly. The service they provide still has that neighborly feel. Franco in particular has made each visit great. He is so knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. We felt comfortable inviting him into our home each time. He even brought our trash cans up from the curb. We really appreciate Chill Brothers. AND Franco!

Alex was awesome. He took care of the problem with one of our furnaces. He was also proactive and took care of the second unit so the same problem wouldn’t happen with that unit. He also performed maintenance on both units and went over some safety issues he found. Took his time and answered all our questions.

Franco just finished a tune-up on my A/C unit, and I’m really impressed with the quality of his work. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He cleaned the system, checked for any issues, and made sure everything was running at peak performance.
Franco was also great at explaining what he did and giving tips on how to maintain the system. I’d definitely recommend The chill brothers to anyone needing reliable and thorough HVAC service.
