Every time I go to this store I am approached by someone who says “sir, how old is your AC unit?” I literally just want to shop without being sold things and services I don’t need and approached by sales people disguised as home depot employees. It’s very very annoying.

First time at this location. I usually respect Home Depot staff because they are professional, but today’s experience was disappointing. I didn’t notice the “line starts here” sign in the pickup area and was waiting behind a customer. Instead of giving guidance, the employee ignored me and helped someone who arrived after me. While waiting, I felt uncomfortable seeing them laugh and look in my direction. When I asked about it, she claimed the other customer came first, which was a lie. This could have been handled professionally with simple instruction.

Been here way more times that I feel comfortable admitting, to be real honest. It’s almost embarrassing, like I may have a problem. Idk. But it is a great Home Depot. The staff sets this one apart considering they’re all clones of the same store - so this is definitely worth noting.

We had an amazing experience at the Home Depot on Highway 249 in Tomball! We’d been searching all day for the perfect Christmas tree, and the team here absolutely delivered.
Irfan in the Christmas tree section went above and beyond—he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Even though the only one left was the floor model, he took the time to make it happen so we could bring home the perfect tree.
Carson was just as outstanding, helping us take it down and load it up with a great attitude. Both of them made what started as a stressful search turn into a fantastic experience.
Thanks to Irfan and Carson, our Christmas is already brighter. Couldn’t be happier! 🎄💯

I’d like to recognize an exceptional associate at Home Depot named Ant. His customer service was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Ant took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Employees like him make a real difference. Highly recommended!

Had a horrible experience at the 2389 store. Went in to get plumbing materials went to the lumber checkout. Told him I had cash and he told me he couldn’t take cash. Went to customer service to check out. Asked the cashier with straight dark hair/female to checkout. She told me to go to self checkout. I told her I had cash and would rather check out here. Then she told me she was closed!! Asked if I could check out at the other register. She then said they we busy doing something else. The gentleman behind the register asked what was going on. I asked him if I could check out and he said of course. Then the other cashier stood behind him talking to another one. I believe it was completely unnecessary. I do have to say the sales associate (pricing guy) was extremely helpful and courteous. Too bad the front end is where it went sour. My last contract and impression of the store.

Ant provided outstanding service during my visit to Home Depot. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and steered me to exactly the products I needed. Thanks to his knowledge and patience I finished my project without any delays. I really appreciated his professionalism and would gladly ask for his help again.

I had to get a new water hose yesterday September 27 for a power washing project I was doing at my home. The hose was defective and I went back to the store to exchange it. As soon as I got back to the store #2389, Stephen, a store associate collecting shopping cart in the parking lot noticed that I had pulled up and asked if I needed a cart. I sure did, since I am a senior citizen and I had parked quite a bit away from the store. I’m not as strong and fit as I was in my youth and I appreciate Stephen assisting me with the shopping cart. Once I got to the Customer Service Area, Jada, a store customer service representative was quick to assist and her helped me exchange my water hose. I read a review from 5 months ago that there was no one to help or ask if I for assistance. As I was retrieving another water hose, I noticed store associates posted at the front on every 3rd isle asking me each time I passed them if I needed help in finding something. I would like to recommend Stephen and Jada for customer service awards. Both associates were quick to respond, courteous, and had positive attitudes. Stephen and Jada I wish you well in your careers and hope Home Depot recognizes you both are the type of employees that they should try to keep as life long employees. Thanks, Tom T.

Home Depot is always GREAT! From their stocked supplies and helpful staff to checking out...I am very satisfied shopping here.
The Double Crunch Carna Asada picture actually belongs to the brand new Taco Cabana built right before you drive into the parking lot of Home Depot. Shop first, eat second or vise versa...it will be a good day.
