Worst ER ever. They did absolutely nothing for my back pain. Staff was rude and condescending and acted like they could care less about making me feel better. I left no better than I arrived.

Probably the best emergency room/hospital. Clean, warm, caring, especially Vanessa! She is absolutely the best and this is my first time meeting her. She checked on us every 5 mins. Truly a gem!

We came to this location for the first time based on the reviews, and we are so glad we did, excellent facility no waiting, front desk personal, nurses and doctor were five star, no more hospitals. If we need Emergency care this would be our first choice, and 7 minutes from our house. Thank you Spring Cypress ER Staff

Midnight staff was horrible- I did not had a good experience as the staff was not very experienced, they wanted to put us on self pay and claim with our insurance later.

I’m sure they’re great but they wouldn’t see me because they do not accept VA patients. I was turned away due to the fact that I am covered by the VA and do not carry additional insurance. If I use an emergency or urgent care, I simply let the VA know and they reimburse the facility. This was not possible at this location according to the front staff. If this issue has been resolved since, I’ll gladly try again.

They Were Very Helpful & Honestly The Best ER Place In Town!
Went In for A Smashed Finger & Came Out Feeling Way Better! Doctors & Nurses Were Super Nice!
Hope No Accidents Happens Again For The Future, But Atleast I’ll Know Which Place Will Take Care Of Me Again!

I found myself in need after taking a fall playing tug of war with some teenagers… I know I know… what was I thinking…
Staff was attentive the entire time… front desk staff friendly and kind… wheelchair at the ready… nurse was informative… and doctor knowledgeable….
And the warm blankets… chefs kiss!!!!

Great service. Everyone is very helpful. Got warm blankets and snacks while we waited for xray results. In and out with xrays and meds within a hour and a half.
