The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!

Hector Rios was awesome from beginning to end. I didn’t come in even expecting to leave with a car, came to just look at a few models I picked out online. Once at the location I was told those models were already sold. Hector went in the back and worked his magic. Sure enough the car he showed me was everything I wanted and more, ended up leaving the lot with the 2023 Toyota Camry XSE Black on Black with Red leather seats. It was truly my dream car aka My Black Widow and I’m super happy with the service Hector provided, I would highly recommend him anytime.

Great customer service! very fast service,get you in and out. I wreck my vehicle and had no way of getting around, there was some conventions in Houston the week I needed to rent a car. Every enterprise was booked. I call Toyota enterprise and I was in a vehicle within 30 mins. Very clean car and fully loaded. Thank you !
