My experience with using Uhaul's trailer services during my recent move has been nothing but positive. The staff at this location were very good at their jobs and extremely helpful to explain things to me as I needed them. I couldn't have asked for things to be better honestly, between the service, price, communications, etc- it was efficient and easy to navigate.

Person on the phone today( Friday July 8th at 11:27 ) was getting easily frustrated with me for literally no reason, I just asked one simple question and I couldn't hear him the first time he was explaining, I will not be going to this location although it's the closest.And yeah I know it doesn't hurt to loose just one customer, but I wonder how many he's swayed with his bad attitude, if you don't have patience then please do not go into customer service.

I have moved a lot for my job and use U-Haul every time. This location was better than any other and let me tell you why. I got a new job in Spring Texas. I packed up my family from Utah and travelled across the country to our first home. It was supposed to be ready April 7, but kept getting pushed back. I ended up staying in a hotel for 3 weeks while waiting for my house to be done. Starting a new job, living in a new place, and stressed about my house. The last thing I had to worry about was where my stuff would be stored. This place was amazing with helping me with that. They could've done what most do and tell the customer to figure it out, but they decided to help instead. I can't thank Christina and her staff enough. It would be wise to use this location. 100/10 recommend.

Overall I had a good experience, but there were some confusions as I selected the mobile check-in experience instead of dealing with someone at the store. I like this option especially since we're still going through a Pandemic. I followed the directions on website to the T. The only thing I would suggest is 1. Show a video in how to open the Word Lock Pad. I had no experience with that particular pad, so took a few struggles before I figured it out. 2. My check-in time should not be the time I arrive, but the time that I actually finish with all steps to check-in. 3. To extend or add time to my return of the vehicle was not accessible. I had to call in to do so. That makes the web page a little inconvenient. I want to add that the upload speed was slow, and the approval process was slow too. As for the check-out experience: 1. There should be signs on the tent to park vehicles under the tent when returning. Signs should not say "equipment returns" only, but "equipment and vehicle returns". 2. I followed the website to park my vehicle in the parking lot, and was going through the steps to notate the gas levels, odometer, and cleanliness. The last step was to lock the key in the back, and a worker came up to tell me to repark under the tent, and leave the key and lock in the cup holder. I have no issues following the directions, but the website and workers are countering each other. Who am I supposed to follow? It's not supposed to be confusing. I think they need more signage, and clear up some confusions.

This location and U-haul has absolutely horrible customer service. We sent our belongings via U-box from California. Our boxes left California on the 23rd of August and we were told they would arrive by September 8th. I was informed to call U-haul to set up the delivery at our new address. I called twice last week and was told they could not set up delivery until the boxes arrived. As of today, September 8th, I called U-haul to set up for my boxes to be delivered and after being transferred twice, I was connected with a gentleman who did not seem to know what he was doing; however, he assured and guaranteed that my boxes would be delivered to my new address on September 10th. My husband then received a phone call regarding delivery of one empty u-box to our new address. When speaking to the representative who called him, he explained that we did not order an empty u-box and that his wife just scheduled delivery of our three packed U-box'. She then proceeded to tell my husband that only she had the ability to schedule drop offs and that we wouldn't be getting our boxes until the 14th. I then called back and asked to speak with the supervisor, who refused to listen and try to fix the situation. When asked to be transferred to her supervisor, I was placed on hold, then the line clicked over and the two employees were heard discussing how upset the customer was, and then hung up on. I would not recommend U-haul or this location, as they are incompetent.

My husband and I rented a 5'x8' Uhaul trailer and when we reached our destination in Spring, TX the trailer door wouldn't open. Something was wrong with our contract number and we couldn't pull up our reservation to request roadside assistance. After trying to pry the door open we opted to drive to a Uhaul facility and get help. Shelby was a godsend! She figured out the glitch with our reservation number and was able to request roadside assistance for us at our home residence. We're incredibly grateful for her patience, wisdom and helpful customer service!

I rented a small car hauler for $45 +tax and when I got home saw that my card was charged an extra $15. The guy that returned it said everything was good and that I would be emailed a receipt. No explanation of why the extra 15$. Called the store and was forwarded to customer service after waiting on the phone for 20 min I was told I was charged a cleaning fee. ????What cleaning. They had to clean 2 fenders and 2 tires. This will be the last time I use them. Pretty underhanded to charge and not say anything.

This U-Haul experience was beyond a 5 star ...there are not enough star. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left a week later they were kind, understanding and incredible. The customer service is top notch. The best experience I had for the four days in Texas and I mean that. The manager is amazing and she has trained the kindest most honest employees. Thank you Christine, Kevre and Brianna for taking great care of your crazy California gal.

I had a really good experience at this Uhaul location, Christina the manager was on top of everything and ensure the customers needs were met even with so many changes. Moving is very stressful and she is like a super woman when it comes to things under her control. I appreciate the great customer service I received here, from the Uhaul unboxes I ordered, and ordered additional boxes later for all of them to be shipped together and the tow that I rented. All was pretty seamless. I see there are pretty low star rating here but the service I received exceeded my expectations. Thanks Christina and your team! From April - your very patient customer.

I returned a truck here back in August. Wet paint on the back of the cab got all over my things. I told them and one of the employees check - came back with gray paint on his fingers. They wrote down my phone number to have an assistant manager call me the next day so I could file a complaint, but a week passed and no one contacted me. I tried calling twice and couldn't get ahold of whoever this assistant manager was. So I went through the business of trying to file a complaint myself. Repwest, the insurance company, was slow moving, but I sent them the photos of my damaged belongings. Eventually they got back to me and said that there wasn't a painted surface in the truck, which is a lie because the back of the cab is painted gray. They asked if I had photos of that and I said no, because why would I take a photo of the inside of the truck? I told them that employees at this Spring, TX uhaul could back up my story. Either repwest didn't bother contacting them or employees here lied to them because they rejected my claim saying that there's no sign of wet paint in the truck. Of course there's no wet paint in there now, IT'S BEEN MONTHS YOU MORONS. And now I have about $300 worth of damaged goods, so thanks for that.

I hate writing bad reviews & I hardly do but our experience here was the worst & pretty much ruined our special day!!! Customer service was HORRIBLE. We had the front desk lady tell us after waiting an hour or more "I have other customers to take care of. That is just how it is on days like this" All we wanted was info because we were on a time crunch because we had to be somewhere at a certain time or we had to pay late fee. (Which of course we did but they could have cared less about it) That is why We made an early reservation days before and also did the online fast check in. Then as we return uhaul, same front desk lady was talking to another lady at the desk & they completely ignored the fact that people were in line. After another 10mins of waiting and watching them talk I go up and say I need to return my U-Haul. One lady walks away and the other lady was confused as if I spoke gibberish and her response was "oh.... yeah.... I guess can do that". Look I've worked in customer service for years now and I understand bad days but you never treat people especially customers paying money at your facility like that. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first because it was very busy & only had 2 people working in the morning... this still doesn't give an okay to stick a hand up to a paying customer. The funny part about the whole thing is when waiting an hour in line they play this "customer service" video on how awesome this place is and turns out IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
