Pickup and drop off was fast and the location staff were efficient and friendly.

The two people working Sunday, Dec 29th were very friendly and knew there stuff. The gentleman was a great help when reserving the van. The vehicle was very clean and was perfect for my move. I will be using U-Haul for any moves in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Riko at the U-Haul self-storage, and I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any storage or truck rental company. First off, the prices are unbeatable—great value for the quality of service you receive. But what truly sets this place apart is Riko’s incredible customer service.
Riko is not just professional but also genuinely friendly and caring. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy is contagious. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and he did it all with a big smile and a warm, welcoming attitude.
On top of that, this location has more trucks available than anywhere else in the area, which made my move so much easier. I didn’t have to stress about availability, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
I will absolutely be coming back here for all my storage and moving needs, and I highly recommend anyone else do the same. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and delivers exceptional service, this is it. Thanks again, Riko, for making this such a great experience!
